For those who have had the pleasure of experiencing true luxury and personalized service, you will want to lower your expectations when attending the 6ix lounge, or better yet, stay home.

My experience at The 6ix Lounge was highly disappointing. Despite having reserved their Instagram worthy Flower room, I arrived to another group sitting in my spot. I phoned 3 times to confirm my reservation and this was still not enough for them to deliver on their word.

The management's incompetence was evident, reflecting poorly on the establishment. It was quite clear to me that there was a lack of communication and experience within the leadership team that left many questions on the table regarding the establishment’s authenticity.

The staff were all very disappointed and dumbfounded when they realized I do not drink alcohol, so they couldn’t get me wasted in order to make me forget about this unforgivable slight.

The food was far from fresh, raising concerns about their commitment to quality. It took almost 30 mins for anyone at the table to receive a drink, despite there only being 5 occupied tables.

The overall vibe and environment felt off, and it remains a mystery whether they have the ability to provide anything stated on their website.

It's disheartening when a place that promises excellence falls so short of expectations, leaving me with an unsettling feeling about what might be happening behind the scenes. I would not recommend The 6ix Lounge based on this subpar experience.

I would also like to note that upon receiving our bill, there was a 20% auto gratuity charge added. It became very clear that the staff are not delivering on their word or have any motivation to go the extra mile, because they don’t have to. You will be charged an excellent tip no matter the quality of service.

I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews at all but the service was just so undeniably terrible. It was my first time coming here, and let's just say my last. Everything is disorganized, waitresses are rude, food was cold, shisha is overpriced, the list could go on. My partner and I came in on a Friday and joined a wait list. The wait wasn't too bad but when we got a table that's where the night went downhill. Our waitress did not care about us one bit, she was never around and never checked in on us.
