Ate here once before and the food and customer service were amazing. Today I came back for a second time, waited 15 minutes to be given my food - even though it was all made and sitting in the warmers. The staff looked confused walking back and forth. They did bring out fresh honey mustard chicken which was one dish I ordered, but that came out 3 minutes after I placed my order. Sadly from the look of the noodles, I had a feeling they would be bland (added soy sauce and hot sauce on my end), and they were. Absolutely no taste in them whatsoever, and last time they tasted amazing. The honey mustard chicken and ginger beef tasted like sugary syrup. Extremely battered with minimal meat. My beef had one piece of actual beef in it! The rest were battered and sauced up big crumbs (pictures included). The kung pao chicken was ice cold - it looked stale sitting there but I didn't question it. I did call to explain the kung pao chicken was cold. Instead I was told I am wrong and constantly argued back with. As a restaurant owner myself, just because food sits in a warmer doesn't mean its hot. I even offered to bring my food back untouched, both trays, to get a refund (and to verify the kung pao chicken would be cold while the rest was hot) but was told I can get a small portion of kung pao chicken when I next come - not happening. I refuse to ever buy anything from here again. When a customer calls in speaking nicely, to let you know there is something wrong, don't lie to their face saying it was fresh. There was one portion of the kung pao chicken left, split into both of my orders. I sat their and watched it all, and saw as the empty tray was told to be replaced by the kitchen. Sadly we chucked the food out. Save your money and go elsewhere. T&Ts hot table food is MUCH better if you want a quick take out option.

So my wife and I decided to try this place tonight. We’ve never been here since it switched from a Starbucks to this place. It was...ok. My rice (veggie fried rice) was more like mush. My pork and chicken dishes were ok. Very similar to Panda Express in the states. My wife’s food was way better, because she chose food that was just made fresh. Her chow mein was great, as well as her teriyaki chicken. I would recommend asking what is fresh/just made and going with that. Otherwise, don’t expect too much. It’s staffed by young people watching the clock, so their just trying to have as good a time at work as possible. Not going to judge this kind of place on its service. They seemed happy.

In the past I went here with my wife and we presented a coupon for "kids eat free" and was then accused of trying to scam the place when we had never been there before so we boycotted the establishment. Much time had passed and I gave it another go and this time the cashier was so kind and extremely helpful. I was given a taste test with a lot of different foods and ordered a big meal. The food was a bit dry and it tasted okay so that is why I gave it only a two star. If the establishment changed owners since my last visit then I might give it a four star.

I ordered from here on Skip the Dishes as I was crashing Chinese food. I had never been here before but thought I would give it a try. I was very disappointed. While I will say the portion sizes were alright (but still more expensive than many other places size wise), most of my food was burnt. I ordered two spring rolls- both of which were burnt and dried out. I order veggie chow mein, most of the cabbage was burnt, and many of the noodles were too. It was also very very dry. Lastly I ordered lemon chicken- the sauce would have been tasty had there been much of it on the chicken. There was a tempura like coating on it that was very hard and I could not bite through more than half of the pieces. The chicken I could bite into was all gristle and one piece was also burnt. I asked Skip for a refund, which they supplied.

Sadly I will not be ordering...

Two stars for the friendly and awesome staff working there. Food was served fast and with a smile. Prices comparative to food court pricing so no complaint there.

The food on the other hand: while portions are plentiful, 3/4 of my order went in the bin. All three variations of chicken tasted exactly the same and were all far too sweet. The fried rice was also dry and it was evident the peas and carrots came from the frozen 99 cent bag you get from the local stop and shop.

I ate here when I was in a pinch waiting for traffic to settle down and can’t say I’d go back.

Suggestion from a seasoned food court enthusiast: focus on one or two breaded chicken dishes and maybe try some barbecued chicken or something to create some more variety. Great location and staff; don’t let it go to waste with sub-par food which has the potential...
