UPDATE: I re-tried the roasted milk tea with brown sugar pearls, as well as the new brown sugar pearl tirimisu latte. This time the roasted milk tea was perfectly balanced so I definitely think my first time was just a one-off. Also, the tirimisu latte was so delicious! My boyfriend said it was the best bubble tea he has ever had! The service was great and we'll definitely be back! We tried the roasted milk tea with brown sugar pearls and the strawberry latte with sago. Presentation wise they looked beautiful! However, the roasted milk tea seemed very mild and a bit watered down, both in terms of sweetness and in tea flavour. However, the brown sugar pearls were excellent in both flavour and texture!

I feel like maybe I got a one-off watered down batch of the roasted milk tea and I'd be willing to go back and try it again or try something else! Improving the flavour strength and being consistent in making drinks taste the same everytime would be my recommendation! I'll definitely update my review if I go back and have a...

Tried their Taiwanese fruit tea... SO GOOD! Often I find fruit tea taste more like juice and really missing the tea component, but Inside Out's fruit definitely accentuate the tea flavour along with the fruity flavour. Loved it! Will definitely be back to try other drinks ❤️

Edit May 23, 2021. I went back to try other drinks and the fruit tea several more times. I find the quality of the fruit tea inconsistent. After my initial experience as described above, the repeat orders I made of the fruit tea were not impressive - I bought the fruit tea 3 or 4 more times after the initial visit and the tea had overwhelming orange flavour, tea flavour is inconsistent, and not tasting much other fruit flavours... Therefore I'll change it from 5 stars to 4 stars (I actually want to change to to 3 stars but I don't think it's just average, I still believe in Inside Out!)... I will probably try again... I really hope I can get another drink like the one...

I can't say enough good things about this bubble tea shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of flavors and toppings to choose from. I tried their signature bubble tea, and the taste was nothing short of amazing.
