$22 per adult with required additional $10 for soup base. They don't have plain broth and you cannot opt for water as base. It's alright if you are okay with Asian ingredients and salty broth. Minus star because of two major issues that will likely stop me from going... First, they have these ventilations above each hot pot location that are not on. This is a Hotpot place so basically, the environment is not very comfortable when there are at least 20 pots streaming in a closed room without ventilation.. I am quite sure if they don't cheap out on it, it will be a lot better. Second, they give you an ordering form that says two rounds which is okay. However, it is very hard to predict if they are going to half my order or double my order on the second round. Example, we usually order less in the first round to sample which items are good so I doubled my order of beef in the second round but it came out smaller than the first round. However, for some reason, I order half as much mini octopus but it came out doubled. I understand it may be hard to be consistent but it is very hard to order the right amount when they are inaccurate. I just want to eat the amount i ordered and not have to waste food nor be charged for wasting food. Alight, the issues are out of the way let's be positive and look at the good parts. Henderson mall has tons of parking in the rooftop. You can still access it when the mall closes from inside. Service was great, I actually feel bad they have to work in such a humid and stuffy environment. So I appreciate them being nice when I asked about my second round of beef. Food wise,... Beef was mediocre. All the veggies were great... Although my second order was yet again halved.... Which was unfortunate cuz or first order wasn't alot either.... The $10 soup base... Might not be worth $10 for everyone, most if not all of the ingredients used were mostly low quality versions of the ingredients type. Some people might not be used to the taste either . The soup base was also overly salty, I guess it may be intentional? The dumplings and noodle was good too. Plum drink for $2 was great with free refills. My boyfriend says it is properly made and not watered down. Very Limited sauce options but enough for me. Gotta pay extra for stuff like cilantro, green onion, garlic... Etc. Usually comes part of the sauce bars but OK I guess. Everything else is worth a try :)

I saw a low rating or bad reviews about this hot pot place on Yelp and a Groupon deal at $78 for four people. I decided to buy the Groupon deal especially I got 20% off of the promo price. It was a really good deal. Although the rating was low or the reviews were bad, a LOTS of people came here for dinner and some were even waiting at the door. The service was okay. Servers were busy serving so many customers at the same time. I could imagine they were stressed out as well. I wouldn't expect them to smile or please all customers all the time. The restaurant was clean and organized. It was very spacious with lots of chairs and tables. The them colour of the restaurant is lime green. The restaurant looks modern with the "sheep" decorations. We used the Groupon deal for four people. We didn't wait for a long time. All the food came out quickly. That was great! We had an original soup base (with some Chinese herbals). The soup base tasted good! The meat balls were freshly made in house. There were a lot of meat such as chicken, lamb and beef. There were also fish and prawns as well as some pork and prawn dumplings. There were two different types of veggies. Last but not least, there was a dish of Chinese desserts. It was a lychee jello or something like that. It was tasted good. Not too sweet. We had paid on the Groupon website already, so we only paid for tax and tips. We might come back here for all you can eat or order different varieties of food instead of doing the set dinner. Then we can try a different soup base and other types of food. Overall, we had a good eating experience here other than that we were sitting next to a table with a toddler that he screamed and cried so much.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot has always been our go-to choice for hot pot. We’ve been to the Burnaby location before, and now we’ve visited the Coquitlam location a few times as well. This time, we went for the birthday special because Happy Lamb offers a free meal for the birthday person with valid ID. With four of us dining, one meal was free, and the final bill came to $89.27, which covered four people, including the soup base and drinks. The value was excellent! Highlights of the Coquitlam Location Compared to the Burnaby location, the Coquitlam branch operates on a fully self-serve model. All the ingredients are neatly displayed, allowing you to pick whatever you want without waiting for staff to bring it over. This setup is more convenient and time-saving, making the dining experience feel more relaxed and flexible. Areas for Improvement That said, there are a few minor drawbacks: • The Coquitlam location doesn’t have Burnaby’s signature lamb spine dish. • There are no fruits or desserts available. However, given the amazing value—just $29.9 per person including the soup base, thanks to the current discount—it’s hard to complain. While it might not be the ultimate hot pot experience in Vancouver, it’s definitely one of the best value options around. Exceptional Service Another highlight is the excellent service at the Coquitlam location. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and ready to help, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Happy Lamb in Coquitlam is a fantastic choice for hot pot enthusiasts. With its self-serve setup, great service, and unbeatable value, it’s a perfect spot for a fun and affordable gathering with family or friends!

i come here all the time with my best friend for all you can eat hot pot, its our go to place. i have also taken several people from work here for dinner and they seem very satisfied.

for food, in general, its very good. the broth is very intense in flavor, which isnt necessarily for everyone, but for me, Mongolian hot pot's broth (mainly the spicy broth) is right now my favorite for hot pot. i also had their meat skewers (extra cost) which are very yummy as well. they also have choices of smoothies and juices that are quite good too. if any down side for me, i would say there selection of broth, dishes, and sauces are weaker compared to other hot pot places that i have been. their deluxe menu isnt worth the money either, unless you really like oysters, which is also limited. however, they have all the main selections on their regular ayce menu so it doesnt bother me.

atmosphere is good as well. very clean. they play mix of western and asian popular songs. they have tv screens of music videos to watch when bored. bathrooms are clean. a/c good. location, maybe kinda weird.

service for me in this restaurant has been quite good. the downfall for the general review from what i read for this place is because of the service; which got me confused and actually prompt me to make this review. they seat me properly, takes my food sheet on time, food comes out quick, refill my water/pop frequently, response to request with no problems. yes, they may miss orders on the sheet at times, but iv seen that in every ayce restaurants. just let them know. as long it doesnt happen all the time, shouldnt be a problem. so i dont know with some of these reviews on bad service but for me the service is more than i expect and im very happy with it.

overall, little sheep mongolian hot pot in coquitlam is a great place. like i said, its my go to place for food. i would definitely give it a shot if you are up to something different. i have gotten people to try this restaurant and really appreciate the food here. i always leave satisfied.

also side note, burnaby location is good too but i find their service weaker than coquitlam (but they are busier). however, richmond location iv been to twice and didnt have good experience there. first time there, food was off. second time, their service was quite awful.. like clearly ignoring you and not bringing out what you...
