Atrium Cafe — Restaurant in Edmonton

This was by far the worst Christmas Dinner I have ever had. The food was cold and nasty, the stuffing was white buns with water poured over them.... yuk. The best part of the meal was the desert table - should have started there. We were booked for the 5:30 sitting but were told shortly after that they will be closing. I picked this place because when it was the Coast Terrace Inn it was great, now that it the Radisson it's certainly gone way down. We had to look for a waitress to get a drink and they werent even that busy. If you're looking for somewhere nice to go try the Mayfield - way better. The Manager asked the table beside us if they enjoyed their meal, when she complained I agreed with her and he really didnt care. I would not recommend this place - EVER : we would have got a better meal and better...

My mom and I went here tonight for her birthday dinner. She had the veal and I had the New York striploin steak. Both entrees were very tasty and the steak was beyond tender and flavorful, surpassing our expectations. The desserts- both the cheesecake and the tiramisu were to die for! 😋😋 We loved the ambience and the service was outstanding- Anissa was very kind and attentive, and when I told her it was my mom’s birthday, she gave us a free cake to take home! 🤩🤩 Thanks Anissa and all the staff of this establishment for a fantastic dinner and an enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be back, most likely for my own birthday next...

Terrible management and very bad so called chefs at this hotel.They really need to take a crash course in proper food preparation or hire qualified trained chefs. These guys are a joke but you won't be laughing when you waste your money on the overpriced prime rib buffet. MINUS star should be an available rating to accurately describe this experience. Disgusting is giving them more than they deserve. They obviously don't care about their rating or complaints and never follow up as long as the suckers...
