Cosmic Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

I went in there tonight because a certain sign on there window said they serve 2 slices and a can of pop $7 .00 . That can be no further from the truth . The guy who was working the front counter said when i asked for 2 slices and a can of pop hes gonna have to charge me full price which $13 ... i said the sign on the window says $7 .00 .. sir ??? Thats an evening deal.... lol i said perfect its 10:30 pm ..its evening .. and he looked at me like im wrong and laughed and gave me attitude .. i cannot give it to you its only an evening deal.. its the evening dummy.. the window deal does NOT say evening or lunch special .. it says 2 slices and pop $7.00 . He wanted tk charge me double .. total markup scam if i ever saw one . Im not going to stop here with this niether..im going to the owner of cosmic.. that visit made me feel unappreciated and embaressed that i even went in there to looked down upon by those individuals .. its illegal what they did just to put a few xtra dollars in there pocket ..pathetic and petty . buyer beware .. dont give them scammers business . They dont care that the customers always right . That was my first and last. Time . Not to mention the place was filthy and nit one of them wearing a hair...

I have been going to this place for 9 years always been happy with my service except yesterday on christmas day I went with my daughter to get supper there. I ordered 20 chicken Wings, paid for them, drove home and recieved 10 chicken wings in my box that I was given. I immediately called the store and was told that the person making it counted 20 so there for I was given 20 end of story. This was not the case they ended up hanging up on me after telling me I'm lying. I called back and was not impressed with how they were dealing with this situation. The one guy said he was going to call me back after checking the cameras and I have yet to get a call back. This was the worst experience I have had anywhere and I had to leave my child to eat so I could go get myself more wings so I could eat on christmas the other location wasn't impressed with what happened to me and made sure the same thing wouldn't happen to me there. I hope no one else experiences this same issue that I had to deal with on...

I had an amazing experience with the workers at this restaurant - they were incredibly kind and helpful. Yesterday, after a long day, my vehicle unexpectedly died right in front of the restaurant after picking up my favorite pizza for dinner. A couple of employees who had just finished their shift came over to check on me and even tried to jump-start my car. Unfortunately, it didn't work and I will need to have it towed in the morning. I'm incredibly grateful to these restaurant employees for making me feel supported and not alone on the street.

I highly recommend this location not only for their delicious pizza but also for the exceptional customer service. The employees always greet you and treat you well. I've never been disappointed with their food. Additionally, the parking is always convenient, which is a plus.
