It is not a typical Edo branch that someone greets when you go inside. No acknowledgement that the front staff saw you and tells you to wait for few seconds while you stand at the front counter. It seems customers are not important coz he finishes whatever things he was doing before taking my orders. Less portioning unlike other Edo branches. No ‘thank you’ when you walk-out. Front staff was doing all around tasks like making sushi rolls, taking orders, bagging, cleaning dining area, etc. Never seen him wash/sanitize his hands when transitioning between tasks especially after cleaning tables. For what you pay, they should flip cart wheels and be thankful and friendly when you walk in and leave. Tables were all soiled and goopy. They should have been wiped down.
