Food was decent. Server was horrible. And apparently is a manger too. Seems to always be the case eh? I called after to talk to someone about it. And it was her who picked up the phone. She was rude in person and beyond rude on the phone. We were nothing but kind and polite and chatty the whole time. Even fully cleaned up after our kids. Like cleaned the floor and everything. Cuz that’s the decent thing to do. She didn’t listen to us the entire time. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. Hardly said a word to us. And made us feel like we were a hassle. And like her mistakes were our fault. First thing was they only have 1 highchair for the entire place. And it’s broken and not even safe. My 18 month old was able to keep standing up in it. Not good. Plus that makes it harder for us to eat, when we are just trying to keep her safe. Then I order a sangria with our food order and she doesn’t bring it until I am more than 75% done my meal. Then when I politely point it out… she takes another 10 mins to bring it. Doesn’t check on us once or ever being more water. But when she comes to take the plates I’m telling her how great the food was and how I really liked a new fish burger I tried for the first time. Like I’m trying so hard to make conversation with her and be kind to her. After all of this!!! But that’s just me. And I want to set a good example for our girls. Then we still order dessert. And ask for the bill with dessert and no bill. Have to wait another 10 mins for the bill. When we have 2 toddlers who were very well behaved, but also ready to go home. As it was 9 PM at this point. She also forgot about the Mother’s Day coupon I had for a free appi. Which I showed her at the start. And charged it on the bill. Then acted like it was a massive hassle to fix HER error. Distrusting behaviour really. Then proceeded to be rude to me on the phone afterwards. I didn’t want to talk about it in there because again I don’t want any hostility around my young girls. And she did not offer anything but the fixing of HER error with the appy and a refund for that with in 14 business days. Unbelievable. Even went on to state that it was understaffed that day. Girl it was dead in there the entire time we were there. Especially for a nice Friday night. Nice try. Do you think I’m blind? And then also felt the need to tell me she has a child too? Ok then have some understanding for simply wanting to keep them safe and be able to eat the food we are paying for. And wanting to be able to pay with dessert and leave once we are done since we’d been there 1.5 hours as...

A friend and I did delivery from this location last night via Skip The Dishes. I ordered at 8:09 and our meals were delivered by 8:30, which surprised me. A turnaround of 21 minutes is pretty fast for a non-fast food restaurant.

We ordered pretty basic items. The buffalo chicken wrap with fries and caesar salad, and a chipotle chicken quesadilla with mixed greens.

My wrap tasted okay but had a bit of a funky scent coming from it. I'm not sure if it was from the buffalo sauce or not, but it was still edible. The fries were pretty nasty. They were soggy and soaked in oil. When I picked them up to put onto my plate, I could see the oil oozing out from them. I suspect they were put in the frier but weren't left to fry for long enough. I requested that the fries be crispy in the order notes, but they were soggy and limp. I tried a couple but threw them out because I didn't want to get sick. Disgusting. The best part of my meal was the side caesar salad. It actually looked fresh and tasted okay.

The chipotle chicken quesadilla looked like a rip off. Out the four slices my friend received two barely had any filling. I saw a few small spots with cheese and a few tiny specks of chicken and vegetables. Just mostly a blank canvas of a burrito shell/wrap. For about half the price I'm sure I could have picked up a better quesadilla from the Taco Bell across the parking lot. Fortunately the mixed green salad tasted okay. Definitely not worth over $20 though.

We spent over $50 on two meals with delivery and tip through Skip and were left completely unsatisfied. I've had a lot of meals at OJ's in general over the past 20 years and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had.

I think I'll be avoiding this location from now. They need to improve portions and food quality. I remember I used to get full off of a meal at OJ's, and in 2023...

Food was great. Took a while to get out although the restaurant wasn't full. Our server Bronti was the worst... when we came in our server, another server and a bartender were all chatting so they told us to seat ourselves. When she came to out table she asked for ID even tho we didnt order any drinks yet.... no big deal. She took the orders and seemed like she didnt want to be there. Anyways once we got our food and started eating she was no where to be found. She was SITTING at another table chatting with customers who seemed like her friends. We ate our food and she eventually checked in with us. She was frequently going behind the bar or sitting with that one table and chatting. Once we were done and the table was cleared (mostly) we waited about 20 mins to get her to come back for our bills. She gave us our bills and walked away again... this time to go behind the bar and drink a beer. It was insane. She sat at the table with her friends again and we all just waited until she came back to accept our payments.... probs one of the worst experiences I've had. The food is awesome but I won't be going back due to the...

My husband and I have been long time customers of OJs and have brought in decent revenue for them over the years (we use to go 3-4x per week for several years since 2011 at all sorts of locations) but over time the menu and the vibe changed so we went less and less. I guess it’s normal for a restaurant to try and evolve with the times. We got the A.C.E Burger, my man said the patty isn’t what it use to be. It seemed to taste like lower quality. I got the chipotle chicken quesadillas. It was alright but kinda expensive for what it is. We tried the pretzel fondue and the Brussel sprout appetizer. The pretzel appetizer was kinda bland to us but the Brussel sprouts were good. They also don’t have my husband’s fave beer (Grass Hopper) anymore which use to be one of the main reasons he would enjoy coming in for. Dunno if we are going to rush to come back. It’s nothing against this location in particular just not feeling the vibes we use to have.

Went in for their weekend brunch, which we've had before at the Terwilliger location. Was informed they were low on hash browns at 11:30 am, and offered us fries as an option. Girlfriend said that was fine since sandwich, I said no thank you since was French toast and did not want. Girlfriend also asked for a side of Hollandaise sauce, which we were advised would not mix well if warmed up needs to be cold. Never been asked this before, and girlfriend finally said no to Hollandaise sauce. What arrived was French fries for my French toast and warmed Hollandaise sauce that looked curdled and was charged for. Waitress avoided us until near the end. I normally enjoy original Joe's in Terwilliger, however this turned out to be an unhappy experience at this location.

Service was meh, food was even worse. The guy who served us (Daybar111 - as he gave us no name) had an attitude, didn't bring cutlery and was standing at the bar playing on his phone. We ordered our nachos and salads for the same time but he placed it as an Appy without asking us. The food was AWFUL. What little cheese there was on the nachos was clumped in one spot and undercooked and our salads had so little dressing you couldn't even taste it. I got a salad that was supposed to have avacado, it had less then a teaspoon (top right corner of image). I would understand a little better if it was busy but there were multiple FOH staff and only 3 tables...
