So slow, the lady was waiting for the till to work and started scrolling through her phone while I was paying this morning. They wrote my name on my drink with an orange paint pen that doesn’t dry and as soon as I grabbed my drink it was all over my hand. Not that this is the biggest deal, but I prefer to get my wraps with sriracha and told the girl explicitly that’s what I wanted. I told them it was in the bag after I got my wrap and they said that don’t have sriracha. Why wouldn’t you tell me that before I ordered? Left to go eat my wrap and it was cold. Just a bad...

Today's experience did not meet the expectations I usually have for Starbucks. I ordered two drinks with my friend. Both drinks came out wrong. We asked for a mocha frap in a personal travel mug (no whip) and a mocha frap in the regular plastic takeaway cup (with whip). We instead received a mocha latte in the personal mug (how???) and the other drink recieved no whip despite it being written on the cup itself ... For both drinks they let the espresso get bitter. Overall a disappointment.

Really slow staff, about 10 of us waiting for drinks but there are three staff (for comparison the CCIS Starbucks has about the same staff and move quickly). None of the baked goods are ready, still defrosting so maybe they weren't taken out in time? Overall this location does not move at the efficiency needed for a to go coffee spot or...
