Taco Bell — Restaurant in Edmonton

I'm not too impressed at all with this place after my visit today. In the past anytime I bought a meal and asked for "quite a bit" of hot sauce they would always give me a handful. Well today I went into this location and ended up spending $18 on a crunchwrap supreme and an order of fries supreme. I was feeling extra brave and thought I'd get extra stuff on my fries, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. The lady working the cash register told me that there would be "an extra charge" but at no point did she tell me exactly how much. It turned out to be an extra $6!! I couldn't believe it. And to make things worse when I asked for hot sauce the one lady gave me 4 packets and then just walked away, didn't say "enjoy your day", "enjoy your meal", nothing. I waited around though and asked her for a bit more hot sauce. She then goes on to explain to me that they only give out 2 packets per meal item and that there would be an extra charge for more. I really only wanted 2 extra packets, which another customer who was there was kind enough to donate hers even though she shouldn't have to! If I'm spending $18 on 2 items then I should damn well be entitled to more hot sauce than 4 packets! That's highway robbery and I'm honestly disgusted (and no that's not just the after effects of the food either).

This place has turned into a complete joke and I won't be back. You guys just lost a customer who's been coming to this location...

This Taco Bell location has let me down many times. Yesterday I ordered a 2 x Doritos Locos Tacos meal with Fries Supreme and a Beef Burrito.

Tacos: 1/5 - I would give this taco bell a zero out of five if I could. The Tacos tasted as if they had been sitting outside for a week and the filling consisted of mainly lettuce.

Fries Supreme: 2/5 - The fries were very dry and were not fresh, they had been sitting on their counter under the light for a while. There was not enough cheese and definitely not enough beef. It’s very hard to mess up fries but this location was able to prove me wrong.

Beef Burrito: 1/5 - The burrito had barely any cheese, when I complained to the manager she charged me $1.25 extra for cheese on the side. This is to no means exaggerated, the burrito was made up of 10% cheese, 10% beef, 80% tortilla.

Cleanliness of Restaurant: 2/5 - The floors are not cleaned often, there was a brown lime underneath my table. I hope that wasn’t being served and that it just went bad sitting there.

Ketchup packets were sticking to each other and looked very unpleasant, no napkins were given with our dine in order also. All Sauces & Napkins are placed the behind counter, when asked for mild sauce I was given one packet and when asked for a napkin I was given one napkin. It seems to me as the management has advised all staff to hold back on quality and quantity as much as they can in order to bring in...

I went here at eleven o’clock post meridian on a Thursday. The dude at the window was friendly as all heck. He didn’t even bust my chops when I used the $20 bill that’s been sitting in my glove box since early 2020, (which was the last time I used cash probably). Man — the world has got so crazy. Everyone thinks it all went downhill after Harambe, but I think it started back after 9/11. Things just weren’t as cool after that event. People got really racist and suddenly everyone was divided so much. But really all everyone wants at 11:00 o’clock at night on a Thursday night is a taco wrapped in a Dorito and doused in — let’s face it folks… a pretty dope hot sauce. And if we can all agree on that, then why can’t we all agree that the world is actually pretty great, once you admit that everyone everywhere is absolutely and without a doubt… full of beans. Anyway, this location was great. 10/10 would recommend for food and service. I did drive through, so I didn’t experience...
