Normally, I don't issue out 1 star reviews unless its earned. This is from a while ago when it was first released, however I went in to see about purchasing the new foot long cookie. Once I went in a worker came to my aid and asked me what I would like. I make sure to always provide manners and come across in a positive light after working in the food industry for many years. I mentioned that I would like to see about trying the foot long cookie presented in an image where you order. Before he was able to say anything a women (who I presume to be the store and/or shift manager and the only other person there from what I could see) interrupted and mentioned that they were out in a very aggressive tone as if I was being a "problem customer". Initially I just said "oh okay, no problem, nevermind then" and proceeded to walk out. Before I did I felt it right to mention something to her. I turned back and said "Ya kno there was a much nicer way you could have said that!" And walked out. As far as I can tell, the worker was fine, but this women really needs to understand proper customer service. I ended up going to another Subway near Party City to which I inquired about if both locations were under the same ownership which I was told no. Read moreThis is the Subway store inside the Rona in new Sudbury. Well you would probably get more of a response from the sandwich . The guy serving us was absolutely miserable. We placed our order and it took about 2 minutes just to acknowledge we ordered. I then asked him how long he worked there to see if he was new, just to understand if he was in training and wasn't sure what he was doing. His reply after asking him twice was "I don't know, maybe a month. Maybe he should try something that doesn't involve dealing with the public.
