I have bought subs at this locations for years. Pretty sad how downhill a place can go so fast. Always was good customer service and tonight I went in and watched them throw on an meat like they were for the 12 inch sub for the person I was with as if they had to make within seconds. The other coworker came out asked what I wanted. I placed my order and the worker put about 80% of the chicken that goes on a 12 inch sub. All I said was shouldn't it cover the entire sub? The frustrating part is I have never had an issues for 15+ years at this location and not only did the staff not attempt to even add at least a couple pieces of chicken due to not putting full scoops but when I attempted to explain how last time (which was the first time I had 25% of my sub with no meat; but at least) got even less chicken. Other than these two times I have never had an issue. For the record if they both were not in such a rush (we were the only two customers in the store, never seen anyone rush like the first employee was; just slapping everything on as fast as possible it made no sense) I understand they may have had a long day but it was honestlycthe worst service I have ever had or seen at subway in my life.
I have never seen such horrible customer service before at Subway.
I would have still bought it if the service was not so pathetic.
Upon asking for the managers number I was met with even more disrespect.

Review Update; the new owners only seem to have hired immigrants And was very difficult to have a conversation with when we were ordering. The phone rang so he left while it was in the oven so the sub burnt and then he proceeded to use the same gloves that he was just talking on the phone with to make our subs. We asked if he changed gloves and couldn't understand what he said. Seems sort of unsanitary to be answering the phone And then sprinkling lettuce on someone's dinner. I know people with way more experience on their resume that have been turned away. They also bought the corner store beside the subway and hiked prices a week after opening.. our apartment building is behind these locations and our community uses the store often. The prices were acceptable at first and now are getting out of hand. Clearly they thought they would be making more money and now that they aren't and a week has gone by they double prices on chips and other confectionery goods.. if they increase prices anymore I'll just begin walking to the corner store that is 3 minutes away down the street. Read more10 of 10 great experience ordering here the staff are very friendly listen to all requests and did not give me a hard time regarding my medical exemption for masks it means a lot to me when someone respects boundaries and personal safety so I would love to commemorate the staff for being exceptional!!
I would like to add on to this review every time I've been here I've been greeted with nothing but courtesy and the utmost customer service these individuals work hard and deserve the best
