Cores,cores, coras. The place where known as breakfast restaurant. My visit today. About the layout, the restaurant has good layout, how to enter, the setup tables and the serving area. However I noticed that since they have a waiting time before find a place, they supposed to keep seats at waiting area. Cleanilness, restaurant looks clean and seems plausible, staff clean after clients and prepare the area for the next client. Variety of foods, the menu has good options, most of the meals which has eggs options is served in with bacon (which is not my favorite). Menu should add more variety bacon less. About the food, the service, the staff (specially Stephanie) explain well the meals, staff looks like they are knowledgeable of the menus. They service you with a big smiles (which is very important at Early morning). They takes the orders quickly and professionally. Waiting time, the waiting time to get the order is fast and plausible. The food comes fresh and hot. Testing, the meals were very delicious and fresh. Refill coffee at Early morning I see it positive which I needed. Quantity, the quantity of food on each meal is Rich, lots of foods which I felt that I am full. Prices, when I look on all the above and compare the prices I paid, I can say I paid good price for the service, the food and the atmosphere. In total the prices are $$. Read moreI went here a week ago with my boyfriend after being an occasional customer at this location for a few years. This time, however, I literally got served rotten pineapple. The rest of the fruit in the side of fruit that I ordered was dried out to the point where the cantaloupe and strawberries had the texture and appearance of STYROFOAM. Waited for 10 minutes trying to flag down my waitress. Waitress finally notices and apologizes profusely and asks for the manager to stop by our table. The manager offers 50% off of our bill and explains that she will not comp it because we ate 50% of our food (later in the day which we felt sick). We oblige in order to try and leave as soon as possible. The manager then hands us our receipt and says "Oh so because there were no problems with your drinks or other sides, I didn't apply the discount because 'it's only fair' and you will need to pay full price on those". The waitress was kind enough to pay for our drinks herself.
After lodging a complaint online hoping management/the owner would look into the issue, the owner offered me coupons towards my next visit, but never followed up. I've lost all respect for this location and I feel ashamed at ever bringing a guest of mine here. DO NOT eat here unless you want to eat...
Read moreBeen a long time customer - nearly 13 years and out of towner - but this Sunday morning when there for b'fast, I find the attention to cleanliness is missing - there was one family with young children and the parent was freely walking to get her own cutlery, sauces etc - surprised to say the least, especially during this difficult COVID period and to top it all, the staff did not seem to be concerned at all. Well, I am not returning to this place anymore! Sometimes one can wonder how our loyalty and warm feelings can be misguided - it only takes an incident. Unfortunate - mais c'est la vie (as these French speaking customers would say!)
Feel not so great to write this and to bid goodbye to not coming back to his restaurant anymore.

However, the individual was actually self-erving the family and I am sorry I do not agree. Anyway, this is not going to be rectified in terms of how I feel. I am sure this is correctable with the right approach.
