Propeller Brewing Company — Quinpool Tap Room and Cold Beer Store and Props Caffeine Bar — Restaurant in Halifax

Really like Propeller products and the Quinpool Rd location is great. EXCEPT for last night.

Unfortunately, they censor your conversations (and the first review i posted) if you do not adhere to their fascist and self-serving views. We watched them serve, multiple times, a known vagrant of the liquor store as he drank right outside the shop; I have photographic evidence of this fact. The manager not paying attention to this thought it appropriate to cut off our whole table after a harmless but noxious comment from one of our friends; meant no harm at all (I believe this is the reason for the issue).

When I questioned the two employees about the situation they applied circular logic and told "I'm not making my case any better". What case are they referring to". This was a minor issue they blew up into a poo storm!

We wonder why they didn't choose to communicate like adults to a group of adults. They unfortunately acted out of a sense of self-righteous indignation and personal beliefs. They totally acted out like children.

The same manager last night over serves us every time we go there with no issues and last night was no exception; we have the receipts. She takes our money and refuses to give any reason what the issue or problem was. We spend a lot there everyday and have never had any issue until last night. We deserve better.

I hope we can speak to the owner. We wont go back until we hear from someone with authority and can down to the bottom of this issue. I suggest you don't go there or go back until they change their fascist small...
