Andy's Subs — Restaurant in Hamilton

The owner messed up my subs too many times to count, finally leaving a review after one too many messed up subs. If his daughter is working or any one of the ladies, you’ll get a good sub, but the actual owner messes up the sub every time. Usually when I say no onions and he puts them on I’ll just take them off myself- not last time. I made him make two whole subs from scratch. Told him green olives and hot peppers. Got home and he put on green peppers instead of green olives. The guy can’t make subs anymore. Literally 90% of the subs he makes are incorrect if you order anything on it other than lettuce. i used to like this store but not any more. upon entering i was being screamed at to wear my mask. i calmly explained that i was medically exempt as per reopening ontario act and local bilaws she continued to scream at me that it was her store and her choice until i left. i called and informed her that not allowing entry based on medical mask exemptions is exactly the same as refusing someone entry to your store because they are in a wheelchair. it is against the ontario human rights code and i will promptly be filing a complaint if they will not inform her of her obligations under the...

Went down and asked for a deli sub specifically told him what I want on it they put absolutely everything on it then when I asked him to fix it they told me to come back. went back and then told me they wouldn’t make me another sub started yelling at me telling me to F off that I’m wrong and that i had told me to put everything on it.
