Montfort Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

I loved the original Monfort location in Burlington and thought I would try this location since I haven’t had it in a while. BIG MISTAKE!!! I went at lunch, they had the biggest line up in the food pavilion but I was willing to wait, so I did. I got up to the cashier and placed my order (1 person), the cashier looked at the woman making the food and she said ‘no, it’s not worth it to us. It’s not worth our time’ and the woman at the cash said “you need to order more for us to want to make it”.

I honestly was so appalled with these two women. They were so rude and their tone was so digusting and degrading! Even the woman who ordered before me (she had a list of orders so she got served) said ‘pardon me?’ to them and the woman making the food literally brushed me off (you know that hand gesture). I walked out in literal shock. I guess the one positive thing is me not supporting them with my money I was wanting to give them for food. My first time there and clearly my last!

I would give negative stars if I could.

Ladies working there, a positive attitude goes a long way. You’ll be making minimum wage forever if you keep up your garbage...

Due to health / dietary reasons I eat a largely meat and vegetable based diet. As you can imagine this makes eating out kind of difficult. One day I went to this location and asked if they would serve me just a side of chicken. They said no problem and I paid what they asked. I was happy to have found a fast food restaurant that could accommodate me. I ordered this quite a few times when I was in the area. Today I went and tried to order my usual and the woman working was so rude. She says they won't do that and they've never done that. She offered only to charge me for a full meal but leave everything out except the meat but I would have to pay for the whole meal. I explained again that I've ordered this many times. That their menu has a "add side chicken" option. I would just like to order that portion of meat but couldn't handle the veggies or wrap at the moment. She was so incredibly rude and refused to serve me so I left. No wonder they were the only restaurant in the whole food court...

I would like to start by saying this use to be my favorite place to eat you could get a good portion at a great price my favorite was always the "Montfort chicken dinner with pineapple" when I first started going here the chicken was raw freshly cooked on the grill about a year after I noticed the started pre cooking their chicken and refrying it when ordered that brought the quilty down but I was still ok with that because the price was good and the chicken dinner combo came with a pop! For around $12.95 after tax today I got a surprise when I went to have an old favorite the price has sky rocketed to 16.75 after tax and it no longer comes with a pop for the current price and the fact they do not have a drink I'm the combo anymore for me it's no longer worth it and they have...
