Used to be a huge fan of this place, today I wanted to introduced my friend to it I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla combos with fries they were made improperly almost no cheese a total of 3 pieces of chicken so 2 of the pieces of mine (and my friends) had no chicken on it. The top of my quesadilla was left on the stove top and was completely black and barely any toppings on it when I complained he said that's how there suppose to be made.

They charged me $27 and forgot my fries then when i went back to the counter to get then they said they hadn't charged me for the fries and said it was an additional $7 and when I said they where supposed to be combos can you just charged me the difference in the in charge they said no. And that I had to pay for them separately also that I had to buy them now because they already made them.

So I spent $35 for 2 terribly made quesadillas 2 diet cokes and 2 fries.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience on Cinco de mayo at this location. One of the employees got into a shouting match with a delivery driver in front of customers while his co worker was trying to calm him down and get him to pay attention to the customers in line.instead this employee countinued to shout at the delivery driver for a few minutes when he should have just let it go and served the customers in line. I feel bad for the employee who was trying to calm his angry go worker down and get him to pay attention to paying customers.when it came my turn I told the employee he just lost a customer and walked out, I went to Burrito Guyz instead. Management needs to train thier employees to remain calm in thease types of situations and to act more professional, it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone who...

Extremely RUDE and insulting. Barely put any cheese on what I was ordering, I asked why so little and was replied with “$1 more for more cheese”. Then he added more and said “I’ll do it for you this time” with the most attitude I’ve ever had from someone in customer service. As I said “it’s ok, don’t worry about it”, I was met with a “thank you for wasting my time”. When I asked “what did you say?” He actually said it again. I’ve never had this place before, and now will avoid all locations because of one tiny man that can’t grow a moustache and his extremely crappy attitude. Hire better people that aren’t insulting when someone changes their mind.
