Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

I was overcharged for my pick up order and was told that I had to phone a call centre to have it corrected while I was standing in front of the store operator. First I was told by the 'customer service' agent on the phone that I had extra toppings. I had to get the person that made the pizza to tell her that there wasn't extra toppings. Once that was settled and adjusted, I asked that the price be lowered by $1 to what both the phone agent that took the order and the store operator said the price should be before tax. "This is from and old flyer" and "we have new people working in our call centre" were the reasons that I was given. The agent wouldn't budge and said that the store operator may be able to compensate me. This of course didn't happen and on top of that, the transaction kept me 20 minutes longer than it should have. The pizza was quite bland, the toppings sparse and instead of red peppers, I received hot peppers. I really hope that a dissatisfied customer is worth standing your ground on $1,...

I give this location 5 stars because my pizza is always ready on arrival they are fast and friendly. Now if corporate is reading these reviews I have a suggestion for them. A tip is something that was earned by a server spending time taking orders, making small talk and generally providing great service to their guest. When I go into a store and spend less than 30 seconds inside I find it insulting to ask me to pay more. McDonald’s doesn’t do this, Costco doesn’t do this, etc. inflation is at record highs & the machine is programmed to ask for more money? Ask Justin Trudeau for more money not your customers that pay you...

I used to love Gino's but starting a year ago there pizza started to have a funny after taste, i think its in ether the dough or sauce. The quality has also dropped sometimes the pizza is almost undercooked and sometimes its almost overcooked. The location is terrible, horrible parking and not very good area. Had someone complain that we were parked in her space when we were parked in front of Gino's, she basically through a temper tantrum. Will most likely not return do to the people...
