The worker that took my order was extremely nice and helped alot since it was our first time there. The store is pretty small so there isnt much space or privacy to sit and chat. It is what it is. Theres 2 small tables but it's more just a walkin then out place. We got waffles and they were awesome, the bbt though was extremely sweet despite ordering it at very low sugar level. Too overpowering. I'm not sure if someone messed up or.. if all their drinks are like this.. but i couldn't finish it. Definitely ruined part of the experience for me as I tasted my friends drinks and the levels definitely varied despite being very similar drinks with the same...

went here Wednesday night at 10:30 and was so surprised at how busy it was! I was so worried we were going to be interrupting their closing cleanup by coming in so late. but now seeing these other reviews it makes sense why they're so popular!!

Service was fantastic and the drinks were amazing, definitely worth the wait. Something to keep in mind though: for people with sensory issues this place can get kind of loud and the sounds we found were a bit overwhelming so...

Saw the reviews for this place and was in the area so had to stop by. They deserve every 5 star review they have! I've dabbled in quite a bit of bubble tea over the years and this was a top contender. The tapioca is the perfect texture and is delicious. Love that you can choose the sweetness & ice levels for your drink. They have so many options and flavours on their menu, I will definitely be back to try some more. Very clean inside and helpful & friendly staff....
