If I could give it negative I would. We are on disability we placed a 60 dollar order for my birthday as a pick up. We placed it with an online account that has our phone number on it and paid in advance useing a debit card. When I finally got over there not being easy as I'm disabled. They said oh ya it's ready handed me one plastic bag with all 4 subs and side in it tied up extremely tight, so tight we had to tear it open when we got home. Upon opening it at home we found a note inside saying sorry ran out of the bread you wanted thank you with a smiley face. They could have and should have called us and told us or told me when I hobbled into the store ro pick it up instead They just handed it to me smiled said its ready and have a good night. Of course upon finding this was not what we order when we I got home we called the store and asked to talk to the manager. The manager said not his problem, they ran out and he left a note when we said it wasn't what we order he said he didn't have time cause they were about to close. It was 8 when he said this they don't close till 10. We got apology, no refund, over charged and lied to straight to our faces. This is disgusting I will never go there again. I had to contact the head office in Richmond and am still waiting for a reply. Fir them to do this to loyal customers especially visibly disabled physically ones. It's disgusting. They deserve...

Read moreI placed an order through the MR. SUB app for a coupon deal. When I got to the restaurant I was told they didn't have the ingredient needed to make the sub. The girl behind the counter had to wait until I got there to talk to me and make my order. There were a lot of customers ordering in the restaurant at the same time and she did an awesome job serving all of them while talking with me to make sure I got what I wanted.
The app should not let you place orders at franchises that don't even carry the right ingredients. It's completely unfair to the people who work there, it forces them into these awkward situations that they don't get paid enough...
