I am long time customer for this location, but today I had worst experience ever. Little back story : We were told 2 weeks before when new coupons rolled out that new coupons are not allowed for physical ones only from app. I was then told that since app dont have all the options you can order on app and then customise in person while you there for pickup.
Same story I order after visited the store and there was on person ahead of us who also used physical coupons today. Strangely enough I didnt bother much at that time.
While we waited for them to finish; i was called from the working staff at that time RAHIL that please change your car parking spot because the staff wants to park his car.
As, courtesy I went out, as I know staff member preferred to park near the front gate. Just to let everyone know that there are not dedicated staff parking for anyone. Towards the door there is a 3 parking spot but there was already one car parked next to mine that was parked in the middle of two spot as because of snow the parking marking are not clearly visible. Still I move my car and change the spot. Instead of a simple "thank you" from Staff : Meet ( not sure about the name ; he owns a maroon sedan) said : this is not a proper way to park in a rude way. I replied : am i the one person visible to you because of the other car i have to adjust myself and on both side the pile of snow was cover parking either way. Still i said this is not a way and continue his way towards the front door; on top of that i joined him for the entrance but he didnt wait for me for the door but close the door on me.
Staff : Rahil then started my order so before even taking the breads out i mentioned him that i order online but i have to customise my order so, please review the order but i will dictate my order. In between MEET took over; and said only the online order will be followed. Funny story; he was the one who said coupon are not reedemable in person by that time. So, i clearly said that if that the case then i will simply cancel the order and i will customise, But he denied my request and started my order either way.
Store rushed at that time; so i speak in his regional language (Gujarati) that you have any issue following my order if i dictate as not all the options are present in the store, at every point he showed dissatisfaction and disappointment for sub which i paid for as attache din the screenshot.
For the second order i clearly stopped him and said that i made an honest mistake to choose multi-grain instead of italian herb bread can you please change it; he denied again by saying that it goes against counting; since because of new coupon it was 2 6 inch i said you can punch as 2 6 inch but make it as a footlong as it was for the same person but he clealry ignored my instruction didnt changed the bread and made it 6 inch only and as attached on the 3rd picture the packing was also mishandled.
The place is very close to me and i visit this place every week mostly, but the staff at night served worst experience.
I hope you take this into accountabilty and teach them composure and compassion for the customer. I also work in customer service and you must also acknowledge customer request if...

I’ve been ordering subway almost every week for the past 20 years. Back when Tuesday was the Italian BMT footlong special. So that’s how you know I’m not new but true to this. To the point that I know how many slices of meat and cheese they put in every sandwich.
This subway is truly a shame. So disenfranchised that I wonder if they actually follow any of the franchise rules. First off the workers do not put the correct amount of meat on the sandwiches. As a subway veteran I explained it’s 6 meat pieces per footlong. The worker told me I was wrong and it was 5. Not sure how 5 pieces of meat can fill up a sandwich…. After explaining to them that I’ve eaten at subway so much and expect consistency that I would literally talk to their manager to confirm if it’s 5 or 6 pieces. The worker did not want to fight me on it and just followed my orders.
If I had ordered that via the app, I would’ve been robbed out of a proper sandwich. So definitely lack of training there.
Secondly, and this is why I will never eat at that location. They’re opened till 5AM. I highly highly highly doubt that they change the veggies and meat that were sitting out at all day. Maybe they change it at night before close… but that means the veggies and meat are sitting out from 11am - 5am, almost 24 hours. Other locations close at 11pm so at least it’s not just sitting out there for so long. If you go at a later time, just know there is NO guaranteed freshness.
This location is a prime example of how Subway is going down the drain. Their food is NOT fresh AT ALL. I can only eat half the sandwich.
Please, go somewhere else. This location will disappoint you everytime. Especially if you’re the type to expect and enjoy...

i had the late-night munchies around 2am, and saw that this place was actually open. i asked the workers inside and they said they are open until 4am everyday. the signage on the door does say open till 12am every day, so perhaps that needs to be updated properly.
this subway store is tiny inside, and was quite busy when i stepped in. there were 2 young guys hustling consistently as there were people, uber drivers and online orders coming at them in all directions. my order took about 20 minutes to get finished. in fairness, the workers were doing their best in consideration of how busy it was.
for myself, i ended up getting 2 -12-inch meatball subs, all-in was $20.10. the subs were excellent. the bread was fresh, and the vegetables especially were on point. i stick with the meatball sub as imo it's subway's best sub for value and money spent.
there's a variety store at main and wellington that makes meatball subs for about $7 all-in per sub, and they are good, for those people on a budget.
that said, the subway meatball costs more, but is of superior size and quantity.
also: there is free parking at the side of the store.
bottom line: subway is not in my regular rotation of take-out places, but i would return here if i was in the area and as a late-night option.
service and quality were ok, so i would recommend this...
