Arby's — Restaurant in Kelowna

Nov 2024 Massive change for the better! WOW! The level of cleanliness in the restaurant is amazing! Great food, wonderful service. Love the new seats & tables, looks & feels refreshed! Can’t wait to return here during my next visit. ————- It’s refreshing to be heard when you leave a review. As on today, March 8, 2024, I’m very impressed with the improvements to the restaurant. It’s refreshed and clean looking and feeling.

Staff was delightful and food was very good.

We look forward to future visits here.

——— The staff and food were excellent! Arby’s is our first stop for food when we travel to Kelowna. Key points have been mentioned in other reviews but here I am repeating them.

• FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING!!! It’s over 30°C out and hotter inside the restaurant! I think a call to occupational health in safety to report the poor working conditions for the employees is merited. • Fix the atrium area (pictured) or remove it. It’s unsightly! • The seating area needs a refresh! Workers can only keep a place so clean (which the wonderful staff here are doing) but there’s only so much you can do with cracked vinyl seats and chipped up tables.

You have a wonderful dedicated crew here so why not invest in making their place of employment a more aesthetically pleasing one where customers can enjoy their...

I was so happy with the excellent customer service at Arby's in Kelowna on Harvey St. I messed up at the drive-thru because my bf was rushing me so I went inside the restaurant to reorder. When I went in they were so patient with me about the time I took to order and answered all my questions so sweetly. I asked for tomato and they said sure with no extra upcharge. I only asked for 2 slices for each junior sandwich and they threw in 5 slices on side!😀 Then the kind lady near the back who was at drive-thru I think asked if that was me that just came through the drive-thru. I said yes, sorry I misordered and had to come in as I was rushed, I felt bad. She said what I had ordered at drive-thru was already made for me so she offered it to me anyway at no charge (I'm sure it was going to be tossed out), I said sure and I expressed how thankful I was and how I've never been treated so good at a fast-food restaurant before. They smiled and we're all so nice to me, I will definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant and all the staff should know this because they deserve to be commended and complemented hugely! 😀😃😊😊I love Arby's and its an awesome change from greesy...

Went to Arby’s yesterday evening and ordered a roast beef sandwich and a roast beef bacon sandwich with around a $3:40 difference. When we looked at the sandwich we couldn’t see any bacon. Went through the sandwich and found one tiny strip. So $3:40 for one tiny strip of bacon torn into three pieces to look like three strips? Went up to the lady at the till brought it to her attention and she immediately accused me of being rude and not knowing how to Oder a sandwich! I was shocked. I’m 23 and very shy normally, not rude at all. Just thought the price was a little extreme for one tiny piece of bacon. She told me I have no idea about costumer service and I should just take the money and not argue with her. Turns out she was the manager! I was really surprised! A manager to be so rude and unprofessional. Went to A&W after and ordered a much better quality burger, they told me they only charge $1.00 for a strip of bacon.
