Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Kelowna

Visited this place for dine in but they handed out the food in takeout bowls. They basically didn't want us to be seated, they weren't happy at all. Even upon told that we are dining in, they took about 5 minutes thinking what to do. Then we asked them for a soup bowl. There were 3 soups ordered but they gave us 1 bowl and then we asked for another. We ordered wild mushroom chowder and roasted chicken noodle soup. Both were terrible. Roasted Chicken noodle soup had no chicken. Absolutely no chicken, not even a single piece. When asked them about it, they said we don't know, it's just broth, there is ideally no chicken. When we said its Roasted Chicken, so what does that mean? They said we don't know, the soups are premade. We don't make it, which was shocking!! They mainly sell wraps and soups out of which the soup is premade. Who knows if they are using canned soup? It definitely looked like one! I didn't go there to have canned soup. Moreover they tasted bad. Service was disgusting, soups were disgusting and the experience on the whole was disgusting. The only good part was the wraps, they were ok. But wouldn't recommend this place...

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Tonight I ordered a bold buffalo wrap- made vegetarian with tofu. The wrap originally is made with meat (bacon and choice of protein) and I specifically told the cashier that I wanted it to be made without meat because I am vegetarian. I asked to add tofu to the wrap and we discussed the other vegetarian options. When I got home I started to eat it to discover there was bacon in the wrap and that I had eaten some of it. I am absolutely horrified. This was the first time I had eaten meat in years and I am disgusted. I called to tell the store about my experience and the cashier who had taken my order said she understood how I felt because she is vegan. How could this have happened on her watch if she was vegan herself? It is not very hard to exclude meat from a vegetarian order. This experience was awful and the staff did not seem to take my issue seriously. I will never go back and I highly do not recommend a business that can not respect dietary...

WORST experience I've ever had in an establishment that is supposed to be quick. Waited in line for 10 minuets before ordering because they didn't know how to process gift cards.

We ordered and waited patiently even after they skipped our order and served people that ordered after us, twice. Once they finally got to our order, 25 minuets later, they said they didn't have anymore soup, unless I wanted burnt soup! So we waited 25 minuets, were skipped multiple times and we didn't even get our food.

To top it all off there were people arguing in the store and yelling.
