I recently visited Denny’s, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. The restaurant had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
The service was top-notch—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. My coffee cup was never empty, and they even took the time to check if we were happy with our meals.
Speaking of the food, it was fantastic! Denny’s has such a great variety of options, whether you’re craving a classic breakfast, a juicy burger, or a homestyle dinner. I ordered the Grand Slam, and everything was cooked to perfection—fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, golden hash browns, and eggs just the way I like them. My friend ordered one of their burgers, and it was juicy, flavorful, and served with crispy fries. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
One of the things I love about Denny’s is that it’s open 24/7, so no matter what time of day (or night) you’re craving a good meal, they’ve got you covered. The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality of food.
The washrooms were clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything needed. It’s always a relief to find a restaurant that takes care of its facilities, and Denny’s definitely does.
When it came time to pay, the cashier was just as friendly as the rest of the staff. They were quick, efficient, and made the checkout process smooth and hassle-free. It’s great to see a restaurant where the good service extends from the dining experience all the way to the final moments before you leave.
Overall, my experience at Denny’s was excellent. It’s the perfect spot for a casual meal with family or friends, whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a comfortable...
Read moreThe picture I have attached is the second Burger after the first one got sent back because it was too drippy how do you guys think this one looks I wouldn't have eaten it but we had already waited an hour for the first one because they kept sending out skip the dishes orders the dining room was dead and at least 15 skip the dishes orders went out before we got our food I believe if a restaurant can't help the customers in the store then they shouldn't even bother being open the manager wasn't very helpful nor was he apologetic until the very end I will not go back to this location as long as he works there worst service ever now I was there with my family who didn't get to eat with me my four-year-old daughter had to wait an hour to get her food as well for macaroni and cheese like come on just horrible I will give the waitress credit she did bring us out some disgusting fruit but that wasn't her fault the only thing I really didn't like that she said was when I was holding the first Burger and it was Dripping like crazy she took it back to the kitchen and said I didn't like it I didn't even take a bite of it it was falling apart and dripping like crazy and getting all over my fries how was I supposed to eat it I must also add in the first bite after replacement Burger I got a bit of bone and they also didn't add the sauce I asked for. Also my wife's hash browns had a piece I've Grill cleaning block in it I'm absolutely disgusted. And on a side note when the first Burger got sent back the kitchen had a little staring contest with us next time somebody complains about a burger don't stare at them kitchen you guys are the ones who made a mistake if you have a problem with it come to my table next time I'm the customer don't be rude I would love for upper management who might actually care about their customers to get a hold of me so we can discuss this further. As of right now I don't recommend the Kelowna...
Read moreYesterday, July 27 @ 7:00 ish pm.Very dissapointing. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and got something completely different. The waitress told me that they didn't have any crispy chicken AFTER she delivered my food. She took back what ever the heck she brought me but it came in a bun with bbq sauce and pickles etc. The sandwich I ordered was supposed to be on toasted sourdough. Anyway, the cook obviously just washed the bbq sauce off of it, warmed it up a bit and used it to make me the Chicken Bacon Ranch . I could still taste the sweetness of the bbq sauce. She also gave me the same fries that were on the original plate. They were barely warm. The waitress never once came back to check on us because she knew she and the kitchen had screwed up. She gave me 25% off my order and said it was a kitchen error. It was an error on the server and the cook. Further, I saw a lady with long black hair in the kitchen without a hair net. I later saw her again at the front desk and told the server about it. I have been a chef for over 40 years. Front staff should not be in the back visiting with the cooks, specially if they have long hair that is uncovered. This is the second time I have seen someone in the kitchen with loose, long hair in the kitchen. Makes me concerned about food safety and hygiene. I have given this place 3 chances over several years and strike three, you're out. Never coming back. IHOP is so much better but they are closed Sundays.Next time I'm going to Triple O's. Their food is always good and cosistant and they tell you they are out of an order when you order it....
