Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kelowna

New and Updated Building , But Horribly SLOW SERVICE , I walked in there was no other customers in the store , I waited for a good 5-7 min standing at the front cash before anyone served me , Ordered coffee n food , I went to the Washroom , had to ask for a key , then to find out the soap dispenser was not working , I went to the front and told them , they said ok someone will be right there ,

I waited outside the bathroom door for a good 20 min , no employee ever came , so i went up to the front again and asked ( soo is anyone coming ) they replied ohh the soap was filled this morning , so i said well its not working ,

So an an employee finally comes, and he confirms the soap pump isnt working , then the supervisor comes in , he takes apart the pump and says to me ( LOOK ! LOOK! WHATS THIS ! ?! ) Basically he was calling me an idiot saying that i dont know how to use the soap dispenser , I told him well the pump is busted / broken , i told him the other employee confirmed that ,

so when I got to the front I told them they need to make sure they do regular maintenance especially as a supervisor and manager , as a Customer i should not have to wait 30 to 40 min for soap to wash my hands! And I complained to the Manager That the Supervisor was very rude to me and he should never use that kind of tone with a customer !

This is Absolutely the WORST Service at ANY Tim Hortons I have EVER been to! and that says allot as I have Driven Across Canada from BC to Nova Scotia and Have frequented Tim Hortons all around BC in small ski towns , Big Cities , Vancouver , Calgary , And This is THE WORST TIM HOROTNS I HAVE BEEN TO ! This location is hit and miss. It is either the best location in kelowna, or the worst. The food is pretty consistent, they’re never out of anything and it’s good for the price. The Coffee on the other hand is not consistent. Some days it taste like coffee and others it taste like water and milk. That needs to be dealt with. Also, ordering any espresso beverage is a pain. We all know the machine isn’t broken, just don’t be lazy and make what someone orders. I’ve personally asked for a shot of it in my coffee, paid for it, and right away knew there wasn’t any in there. The service also needs some work. Everyone is very nice and polite but repeating the same word 4+ times is not quality service. Ordering takes longer than driving through the window, this could easily be fixed. This is the only location that has this problem in Kelowna, others the ordering is smooth.

While this place has gotten a lot better than what it used to be and to this day they have kept up with amazing service. My only complaint about this Tims Locations is how they DON'T listen and do things their way. If I ask for a small Coffee (Triple Triple) 3 cream 3 sugar, I should get what I asked and paid for .
