Night and day still on how worse this location is to the good location in Rutland! Poorly run and with no care when any mistakes happen and it happened a lot so I deciced to never go back again and a shame really saying that living here in Kel!
Plus the bigger heavier set gal is just so non engaging and hates me for whatever reason! Does not know what a SMILE is!
WAY BETTER IN RUTLAND FOLKS AND JUST HEAD TO THERE! Trust me!

Still the worst Wendys location in the Okanagan! I have been to them all and the one in Rutland rocks and is night and day in difference and comparison. (June 22/25). The bigger set gal too is the most unfriendly of all Wendys employees. PROVEN so many times. Why even stay there! Manager cares zero on all and so many mistakes compared to everywhere else. WHY? Hire non dolts! I think I am done here forever but it was a convenience thing!

All this time the owner does not care and no response and again today Jan 20 another botched up order! How do they mess up bacon form sausage so often! This location is way worse than the Rutland location which is a good location. (Jan 20/25).

Today I was so clear on just ordering egg and bacon and NO cheese I mentioned and the guy even said ok no cheese and repeated it back to me! I even said twice to be sure to make sure bacon and the egg as this location has real troubles with literacy and following directions etc. What do you see below...yuuup: cheese! NO BACON! HOW is this even messed up???
I do not like processed cheese and do get and understand that others love it. I just prefer real cheese only and never processed stuff. I called in for once on this mess up and got attitude back from a so called manager who wanted to get off the phone quick with me on my explaining and I never even raised my voice. I just said that is getting pretty dumb there and that it is and is only honesty.
Three different times I got wrong orders now in the past 2.5 months about and the sausage mistake time I just tossed and I was out money and still hungry. I emailed in about that and got the good old brush off only!

This review may or may not matter as most who go to Wendy's will never see a review on a particular location! So this effort may be irrelevant...? Some Wendy's locations are just better in general I do find. The manager here at this Harvey location will not respond if there was ever a wrong order! I clearly asked for bacon and twice at that to make sure as there have been mistakes before at this very location with the employees being non attentive. Well I got SAUSAGE and I do not like sausage nor ordered it and by the time I had time to check I was so far away and just tossed it! A pee off. I also asked on no cheese as I do not like processed and just asked for bacon and the egg in the muffin, pretty simple yes? Cheese (fake cheese) too was put in! I did the customer feedback in detail and still ignored on just an email reply back! Terrible! Hard to post a 1 star though so will keep it at 2. July...

After the last few experiences I thought I should post a review.
I have been so disappointed in this Harvy location. The preparation of their food is much to be desired. The food comes saturated in grease. All over the buns and drips off the paper..not good for a chicken sandwich. I have had fish wrapped in news paper better packaged.
This morning took the cake. After spending 5 min at the menu board and the last vehicle to leave the pickup window I had still not been greeted or order taken, just silence. Needless to say they exceeded the limits of my medication. I left the menu board and showed my disappointment and disapproval to the employee. Her excuse was she didn't know I was there. I was right in front of the 🔊
I left without placing a order. Complete waist of time, I should have gone elsewhere. Lesson learned!
The service and the the preparation of the food makes me furious.
Could I have handled myself better? YES. However why should I give my hard earned money to a business that doesn't take food preparation and customer service with pride. This location needs a area management visit with a review on their practices and quality control.
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO GET YOUR FOOD.
I still love Wendy's, just not this one. Hard Pass!!

Read moreI wish the hours of this restaurant were accurately posted online. I showed up at 12:35am because the online hours showed they were open until 1:00am. The worker blatantly ignored my vehicle in the drive through. When I knocked and got his attention he informed me they were closed, no biggie. I asked him what time he closed and he said midnight. I then asked him if he knew that the online hours were incorrect, and asked him to ask his higher up manager to change it to avoid future confusion as I had just driven quite some time to specifically get Wendys. He then gave me the middle finger as I was driving away when he thought I wasn’t looking. To his surprise, I went through the drive through once again and asked about his finger- he denied it all. I told him he sucked and went on my way. A change in your front of house would very much benefit the establishment. The man working august 24th at 12:35 pm should be seriously reprehended.
