I recently ordered two burgers for takeout from this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I was initially informed that my order would be ready in 10 minutes and was promised a call when it was prepared. However, after patiently waiting for 30 minutes without any communication from the restaurant, I decided to inquire about my order.

To my dismay, I was told that they had forgotten to call me, which was quite disappointing given the initial assurance. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the food had suffered greatly due to the delay. The French fries, which had likely been left in the package for an extended period, tasted stale and unappetizing. Additionally, the burgers were no longer hot, significantly diminishing their overall quality.

My first visit to this restaurant left a bad impression. My husband and I had a wedding anniversary and we decided to go to the closest restaurant to us in our neighborhood, plus it was recommended to us by a friend. On Friday, August 13, I came in the afternoon to book a table for two. The greeting girl with blonde hair was not very polite and behaved unprofessionally towards me and then towards my husband. English is not my first language, I learn it every day, but I said I would like a table for two for the evening, to which the girl answered me very quickly and I asked her to repeat it slower, to which she waved her hand and rolled her eyes without repeating what she told me. She then told me that the table was reserved. I thanked the girl and left. In the evening coming to the restaurant my husband faced the same boorish attitude, she began to explain to us that it was necessary to book a table in advance and expressed her displeasure, although there were many free tables. When my husband did not hear what she told us, she simply did not answer anything.
