UPDATED REVIEW
read the cafe’s response to my my review and decided to give them another try off Uber eats They went above and beyond to make everything perfect and I really appreciate it. They called me to inform me about the caffeine content in my decaf coffee order Incase I’m unable to have any caffeine at all (I’m on medication and I can have caffeine but very little), included a free Croffle, even included a little note that indicated that my decaf coffee still has a little bit of caffeine and provided cute FREE herbal tea bag in addition to my coffee in case I was caffeine sensitive
They really didn’t have to do all of that. They could’ve got my order as is, follow my basic notes, and crossed out the word “ham” on the sandwich packaging, but they added all these cute touches like notes and extras and I really appreciate that. The spicy sandwich was actually DELICIOUS and I’m so happy that it doesn’t have ham in it. Lol.
Old review :
Ordered off Uber eats Got a crab meat sandwich as I’m a pescatarian and don’t eat beef pork or chicken The description on Uber eats doesn’t mention any other meat in it but crab but when I arrived the ingredients on the sandwich package says ham + other ingredients that are not listed in the Uber eats description. There’s no phone number for me to call to confirm which description is right .
Also required decaf ice americano and there was no receipt or not indicating that it’s decaf and I medically can not have caffeine so I didn’t risk drinking it.
Sea salt chocolate chip cookie tasted pretty bad.
It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this place but literally no customer service available and no attention to important details or food...
Read moreWe went to hey, dalda cafe located on the second floor at Shops on Yonge on a weekend. There wasn’t much parking outside, so we went to the underground parking. We went an hour before closing and there were still quite a few people that ordered coffee after us. It’s not a sit-down café, but there is a small food court to the right of the small store.
After you order, you get a little beeper so you can go roam around and pick it up once it goes off. We ordered the Large Vanilla Latte ($6.70), Large Dalda Latte ($6.95), and the Regular Matcha Latte ($4.50). Overall, the coffee drinks had a strong flavour and very aromatic. The matcha was smooth and rich, it’s also sweetened already. I recommend the dalda latte (only offered in iced) whereas the vanilla latte just tasted like a regular coffee since I didn’t taste much of the vanilla.
The worker was very nice and she was quite fast with the drinks. Would definitely come back to try...

I ordered DECAF LATTE 3 days ago and I made sure and asked her if this was decaf. She said yes yes. She did not seem to care much. Later that night, I could not even sleep the entire night and I was up until next day afternoon with my heart pumping crazily as if I was on running machine. Then I passed out.
I was angry at the barista @ hey, dalda cafe, she has given me Caffeine latte! She does not seen to care how caffeine that she served negatively effected to a decaf- drinker.
If you are decaf -drinker, i would not recommend this...
