Terrible service. My boyfriend and I came not long ago at all and got a pineapple freeze and a Canadian colada and they were both great minus the employee having to step over another employee sitting on the floor and laughing while serving us. Then today we come back for the same drinks and pay about 20$. By the time we get in the car and try our drinks my boyfriend said his Canadian colada tasted like barf. My pineapple freeze honestly wasnāt the best either. I went in to let them know and was apologetic and polite and asked what they could do as when I was a manager at 2 major food chains I would always replace things that werenāt made right or tasted right no questions asked. I was shocked to find out there was nothing they could do. I spoke to Dina who told me I would have to pay for a snack drink and she would give me regular instead but I didnāt understand paying an extra 6$ when I just paid 10$ for the drink already that was supposed to be made right.. Dina then offered to call Teresa and I was hopeful something would get done. I first heard Teresa on speaker in the back, she was asking what drink I wanted instead then I was told that there was nothing I could do. I was shocked and upset as I know this is not what the drinks were supposed to taste like as we just got them not long ago and times before. We hardly come to this location and I now know why. However her colleague Jordan who is also a manager at this location is the reason why my review is only 3 star. Not only was she obnoxious and rude, I had to painstakingly hear the details of her upcoming surgery. While Matilda was serving customers, Jordan sat, chatted and complained loudly to Matilda. A few of the other customers in the store and I were shocked at how loudly she was speaking as well as how she was doing absolutely nothing to assist in the long wait for orders. After I finally made my order with Matilda, Jordan yells out that she will not be making my order and repeatedly told Matilda NOT to dare ask her. Apparently she detest making juices!Seriously!? I went there at my break time which was today on Sunday 1st dec at around 2 pm and asked for Maui juice but the lady employee working there was so rude with me she denied by saying that i just made some juice named red sunrise so the juicer is not clean and it will take her 10 to 15 mins to clean. Although, I had only 15 mins of break i said her that no problem I'll wait but then she again denied to offer me saying if you wanna have red sunrise then I'll make it otherwise I don't.
