Dining out is always a pleasure, but when you're lucky enough to have a server like Jean, it becomes something truly special. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, Jean’s warm and welcoming demeanour set the tone for an incredible evening. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine passion for hospitality made all the difference.

Jean greeted us with a smile that felt sincere and she took the time to introduce herself, ask if we were celebrating anything special, and ensure we were comfortable. Throughout the night, her attentiveness was nothing short of remarkable—she was always present when needed but never intrusive. Every interaction felt natural and personalized, not just another routine table visit.

One thing that stood out to my family and I immediately was Jean’s extensive knowledge of the menu. Instead of simply listing the specials, she took the time to describe each dish in a very detailed manner. When we were unsure, Jean asked about our preferences and made spot-on recommendations, guiding us toward choices that perfectly suited our tastes. We did not feel like we were missing out on the best dishes because of her great recommendations which accommodated our dietary restrictions.

What truly made this experience memorable and set Jean apart was the way she made us feel—not just like customers, but like valued guests. Jean engaged in friendly conversation, checked in at just the right moments, and even remembered a personal detail from our earlier chat, making the experience feel special. Jean wasn’t just doing her job but rather she genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing evening.

By the time we finished our meal, we weren’t just impressed—we were grateful for such an outstanding experience. It’s rare to find a server who excels in every aspect of service, but Jean is a true gem. If you dine here, make sure to have Jean as your sever, as she will make your experience as memorable...

Unfortunately I need to update this review and lower the rating to 3 stars.

We came in with high expectations. The service started off pretty slow and apps took quite a while to come out but Kelly seemed ok at the beginning. Then, our entree’s came and My wife’s Asiago Bowties were cold. The bright spot was that the manager Erika took good care of us. She was an excellent manager and made sure we were well taken care of and offered a salad while we waited.

Then we ordered dessert. The first issue was that The brownie sliders were horrid, probably the worst dessert i’ve had. Secondly, our dessert took 15-20 minutes to come out. We sat at 6:30 we didnt leave until 8:55. A majority of that time was waiting for food, waiting for service.

From the point of the entree’s coming out, Kelly was not very attentive; this was the second time we have had her. Both times we found that she starts ok, but her care and attention seem to really dwindle.

Erika checked on us multiple times asked if we would leave a review and at first we were happy to. but by the end of the dinner, we had some serious concerns. The service really fell off and Kelly didnt even come to see once how our dessert was, we were unable to address our issues with it, so we didnt eat it and just left it on the table.

when we left, I felt i couldnt post a 5 star review in good conscious. I had to change it.

The restaurant has a lot of potential, but their execution specifically with service and food times leave much to be desired.

Kelly, you are friendly and have a lot of ability, spend more time with your tables checking on them and making sure things are ok. We really felt let down by the end of the meal and that 125 dollar bill total really left a sting. I felt like we paid a premium price for mediocrity.

I don’t know if I would be willing to return unless some serious...

We came in for my nephews birthday party. Food was awful, service was not good refills were non existent. Couldn't get ahold of any server. Waitwd 30 mins for our bill. Wasn't even busy. Let me start by saying I manage a restaurant so I know how bad these reviews can be but the most disgusting part is the fact that they ILLEGALLY ADDED THEIR OWN TIPS TO OUR BILLS. first off, I tip good. As a server I would never walk up to a table and tell them how much I've went ahead and tipped myself ESPECIALLY WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. Not to mention the fact that you cannot do that. The server said it's our franchise policy. We'll you can say that, but legally if I didn't order it off your menu or agree to a price of you tipping yourself then you can't do it. Tips are at people's own free will and based off service. The server then proceeded to take it off the bills of those who sat around me but by time she got to the end started adding it back onto bills of others who couldn't hear me speak up. Absolutely disgusting. Even charging tip out to your staff is illegal in canada unless you get them to sign a waiver or contract agreeing to it ( nasty ethics ). Which is probably why they are forcing their staff to " tip themselves " on your bill so their not out the money themselves as waitresses/waiters. It's illegal to charge tip out for a reason and it's illegal to charge your customers extra on their bill tipping yourself also. Always looking for loop holes in our systems then the customers end up paying for it. Will no longer support this...

Their new renovation "makes it harder to accommodate large groups", as we were told by our server and as a result we had to sit at separate tables, which is not the end of the world, but worth noting for future events. I like that as a vegan I can substitute tofu for meat in their fajitas but that is pretty much my only option I have if I don't want to pay for an over-priced and heavily-edited salad (something I refuse to do bc most restaurant salads are ALL cheese and bacon and chicken etc, so by the time you take all of that out you're still paying the same amount for a bowl of greens..... no thank-you) , however I don't like that they are unable to substitute the sour cream and/or cheese that comes with it for guacamole. I believe that in the past they could, but allegedly their new system doesn't allow that. There was also a fly in my drink about halfway through... I really hope that it landed in it at that point, otherwise I noticed a bit late...... The server was great and replaced my drink. She was also kind enough to plug my phone in somewhere in the back (as all the outlets avail in the dining room are now gone in the reno) and my fajitas tasted great as always.

It is our first time in this location, Jean suggested the appetizers. We got the lobster & crab dip and the garlic pan bread, they were so good. Good options of nachos and pita triangles with the dip. For mains, we had the Chicken fingers, Chicken Parmigian and Hunter's Chicken. From the first taste of the chicken parm, the linguine was perfect. Even the mix potatoes and vegetables with the Hunter's chicken were very delicious. My husband cleaned his plate. The food serving was a good amount, and we had leftovers to take home. I love mojito, but Jean suggested the mango mojito. It was so refreshing, loved it so much. My husband had the Rickard's Red, he enjoyed it tremendously. Also, the wait was not long. It was a good decision to order appetizers and drinks first while we ponder for our mains. Everyone were very nice and friendly. From the first person that greeted us, even to the managers. Even Jillian (from Takeout) helped in serving the food. It looks like the people there do work as a team.Jean was very professional and such a great server. Her smile is contagious. Will definitely be back and join their Trivia Game Night. 👍👍👍👍👍

Good neat and nice environment. My colleagues and I ordered from the Summer menu (added to regular menu). It took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to arrive the food. Average $30 to $40 (which is average in these days) with one pop and tip, add more for dessert and alcoholic drinks. Prices are good and quality and quantity of food was also reasonable, we were arguing that quantity of meat could be little more but agreed that with reasonable price it was fine. I got BBQ beef tacos $18 and comes with 3 Tacos, good if you are not big eater, excellent blend of spices and salsa with quantity of beef BBQ chunks which were soft and very well flavoured. My friend got chicken 65, he liked the spice level and quality of meat. My other friend got Dan Dan noodles and was very happy with the quality of steak and spices and noodles. Our server was very good, forgot her name; checked on us after every few minutes if we need anything. Nice affordable place with good quality, quantity and good environment. And I love this idea of adding seasonal menu which gives customers to explore new dishes. Enjoy 😊
