Dining out is always a pleasure, but when you're lucky enough to have a server like Jean, it becomes something truly special. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, Jean’s warm and welcoming demeanour set the tone for an incredible evening. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine passion for hospitality made all the difference.
Jean greeted us with a smile that felt sincere and she took the time to introduce herself, ask if we were celebrating anything special, and ensure we were comfortable. Throughout the night, her attentiveness was nothing short of remarkable—she was always present when needed but never intrusive. Every interaction felt natural and personalized, not just another routine table visit.
One thing that stood out to my family and I immediately was Jean’s extensive knowledge of the menu. Instead of simply listing the specials, she took the time to describe each dish in a very detailed manner. When we were unsure, Jean asked about our preferences and made spot-on recommendations, guiding us toward choices that perfectly suited our tastes. We did not feel like we were missing out on the best dishes because of her great recommendations which accommodated our dietary restrictions.
What truly made this experience memorable and set Jean apart was the way she made us feel—not just like customers, but like valued guests. Jean engaged in friendly conversation, checked in at just the right moments, and even remembered a personal detail from our earlier chat, making the experience feel special. Jean wasn’t just doing her job but rather she genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing evening.
By the time we finished our meal, we weren’t just impressed—we were grateful for such an outstanding experience. It’s rare to find a server who excels in every aspect of service, but Jean is a true gem. If you dine here, make sure to have Jean as your sever, as she will make your experience as memorable...

We came in with high expectations. The service started off pretty slow and apps took quite a while to come out but Kelly seemed ok at the beginning. Then, our entree’s came and My wife’s Asiago Bowties were cold. The bright spot was that the manager Erika took good care of us. She was an excellent manager and made sure we were well taken care of and offered a salad while we waited.
Then we ordered dessert. The first issue was that The brownie sliders were horrid, probably the worst dessert i’ve had. Secondly, our dessert took 15-20 minutes to come out. We sat at 6:30 we didnt leave until 8:55. A majority of that time was waiting for food, waiting for service.
From the point of the entree’s coming out, Kelly was not very attentive; this was the second time we have had her. Both times we found that she starts ok, but her care and attention seem to really dwindle.
Erika checked on us multiple times asked if we would leave a review and at first we were happy to. but by the end of the dinner, we had some serious concerns. The service really fell off and Kelly didnt even come to see once how our dessert was, we were unable to address our issues with it, so we didnt eat it and just left it on the table.
when we left, I felt i couldnt post a 5 star review in good conscious. I had to change it.
The restaurant has a lot of potential, but their execution specifically with service and food times leave much to be desired.
Kelly, you are friendly and have a lot of ability, spend more time with your tables checking on them and making sure things are ok. We really felt let down by the end of the meal and that 125 dollar bill total really left a sting. I felt like we paid a premium price for mediocrity.
I don’t know if I would be willing to return unless some serious...
Read moreWe came in for my nephews birthday party. Food was awful, service was not good refills were non existent. Couldn't get ahold of any server. Waitwd 30 mins for our bill. Wasn't even busy. Let me start by saying I manage a restaurant so I know how bad these reviews can be but the most disgusting part is the fact that they ILLEGALLY ADDED THEIR OWN TIPS TO OUR BILLS. first off, I tip good. As a server I would never walk up to a table and tell them how much I've went ahead and tipped myself ESPECIALLY WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. Not to mention the fact that you cannot do that. The server said it's our franchise policy. We'll you can say that, but legally if I didn't order it off your menu or agree to a price of you tipping yourself then you can't do it. Tips are at people's own free will and based off service. The server then proceeded to take it off the bills of those who sat around me but by time she got to the end started adding it back onto bills of others who couldn't hear me speak up. Absolutely disgusting. Even charging tip out to your staff is illegal in canada unless you get them to sign a waiver or contract agreeing to it ( nasty ethics ). Which is probably why they are forcing their staff to " tip themselves " on your bill so their not out the money themselves as waitresses/waiters. It's illegal to charge tip out for a reason and it's illegal to charge your customers extra on their bill tipping yourself also. Always looking for loop holes in our systems then the customers end up paying for it. Will no longer support this...
