Today Dec 10 at around 11 AM I walked in ordered 12 Mango Peach pie. The Indian girl (I think her name Parveen something). She asked 3 times I had to repeat untill I said very loud " 12 piece of mangos pie Please". At the meantime she said there's 6 for 20, I said "ok I ordered 12 pieces" The costs $ 45. 20 And then I gave her $55.25 asked "may I get $ 10 bill back" she said But ma'm Yrs is 45.20. I repeat 3 times again "I want $ 10 bill back please" she took so long to figure out the money while other staff already put the pie in the bags and was ready infront of her for me. But, she was still struggling with the whole amount that I gave to her and she looks lost. The Manager right beside her was doing the packing said something to her and then the manager turns around to continue what she was doing. That girl was still Struggling and the other staff beside her was helping her took another few minutes to give me back my $10. OMG this third times confusing from this the same girl (Indian her name Praveen) when i was lining up she calls me out i was reluctant to come to her coz i knew she gonna screw up again as i had Bad experience with her from Previous visits always problems with her. Why is problematic despite I said very clear what I want both the order and the money??? Very simple Math amount $45. 20 i gave 50 bill and 0.25 then just INPUT EXACT WHAT I GAVE 50.25 THEN HIT CASH FUNCTION IT WILL SHOW AMOUNT CHANGE BACK TO CUSTOMER and that's it! Why couldn't she??? Proficiency for cash handling needed for her otherwise SHE SHOULDN'T BE putting at the Cash!!! This is Third times! very Annoyed, Frustrated, and WASTING so much time UNNECESSARILY. *Jolibee is unique and we like it very much. However, Should PROVIDED properly customer service. *I Promised if I ever have her serve me ever again I will walk away and NEVER return to Jolibee AS THERE are Popeye and Church Chicken they're verygood too, I used to ate those many years untill Jolibee existed in Heartland where I live . I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER...

I normally have a good experience here during the day but on Friday, March 7, my family and I came to this location around 8:45 p.m. and we experience mistake after mistake and terrible customer service. 1 - When my family and I got inside, there was no line to order but we ended up waiting 15-20 min for the manager (Rebecca was the name on the receipt) to take our order. The worker who took our order even saw my family and I standing in the "Taking Orders" line and didn't even bother asking us if we need to order or if we waiting to pick up. We understand it's busy but the problem was when the worker took another person's order first because that customer was standing right at the cashier - but my family and I were waiting and there was a line forming behind us. 2 - Once we got our chance to order, we just kept hearing they didn't have the food we originally wanted to order. We understand it was close to closing time and there limited options but we wasted so much time in line just to hear we can even get the food we wanted. 3 - We ended up ordering two burgers as a combo and waited 30 mins... 10 mins after ordering, the fries and yum burger was just sitting on the tray (not even under the warmer). We ended up waiting another 20 mins for a chicken burger. But by the time we got our food, the fries and yum burger was cold and stale - also the chicken in the burger was dry. 4 - Not only did we see problems with the food my family and I ordered, other customer's foods (the spaghetti, fries and burgers) were getting cold as well. We saw food on trays (not under the warmers) for more the 30 mins because the staff was so busy and back ordered with cooking the chicken.
This kind of service is unacceptable!!! Customers were left waiting without being informed with what's going on with their food! Do better and fix how you...
Read moreYesterday, April 23, 2023 at around 6 pm, I went there and ordered for dine in. I went back to the counter literally as soon as I had checked the items I ordered. The spaghetti with spicy chicken meal is missing. Our table is just beside the drinking fountain where the counter area is. I got upset because the filipino lady supervisor/ manager is kinda adamant. I showed her my receipt and point out what was missing. I even told her to check our table if she wanted to. I should have bring back the tray with the orders but didn’t because me and my child was starving and usually stores in Canada don’t have much problem and easy to deal with when it comes to returns or missing items.
The manager that time seem don’t know to handle the issue properly. She was trying to check some old receipts and said, “ Gusto kong malaman kung nag sasabi ka ng totoo”, in a rude manner. Sad to say but for me it is very unprofessional. I told her that’s why I show her the receipt. She didn’t even apologize when she finally gave the missing item. My gosh just because of one meal should I be dishonest?! Filipinos are hardworking, we earn money and we can afford a fast food meal. I really feel disappointed till this time.
I love Jollibee and they’re usually busy and I understand if they sometimes missed some order(s). But I suggest that staffs should be trained good customer service skill. I’m not pointing/ saying all staffs or crews are rude, they are usually hardworking and I respect them. Some are just lacking this essential trait in the business.
P. S. Cashiers/ crews should also speak in English even if most of the customers are Filipino. If the customer is speaking in Filipino then that’s the cue they can speak in Filipino. Because other Fils were born here and some even came from another country and can’t understand our first language.
I hope this review will take in to consideration and...
