Wow, I am absolutely shocked at the terrible service I’ve received today. I ordered a “southern fried chicken” sandwich through DoorDash. I received what I call is an absolutely awful bread to meat ratio of a sandwich where there was one tiny piece of chicken in the corner of the sandwich and the entire thing was a soggy mess of veggies and sauce with bread. I called to complain and the person on the other line tells me “no one complains ma’am we only add this much chicken” Okay? Then I’m crazy for thinking that my chicken sandwich would actually have some Chicken and not bread and sauce? Then she tells me she’s calling the manager and will call me back. 40 minutes gone she hasn’t responded and the store isn’t picking up my calls.

I actually waited for the store to fix this before writing the review as I know it can hurt a business, but honestly if you don’t care about your customers, I’m so done. Literally wasted all my money on this food 😢 plus terrible way to handle...

First things first, I LOVE that you’re open as late as you are cause for a night owl for me it’s hard to find good food after 11 when you live in Brampton 😂 The food was so good and fresh! I had the tattooed chicken on sourdough which was recommended also by the owner and I’m super glad I took his advice! Saturdays you get your side for 3 bucks for fries or tots AND they serve beer which was the best surprise. Heineken pairs so well with the tattooed chicken. No pátio yet but they ARE IN THE WORKS!

We ordered the Macdaddy poutine, the Godfather and a Strawberry milkshake. Each meal was well made and the poutine was filled to the brim, the Godfather is a good mix of flavours and quality of the ingredients were top notch! The milkshake was perfectly made not too thick and sweet making it the right amount of each best part of a classic Milkshake, although i did ask for whipped cream and was brought it without the whipped cream. Staff is very friendly and the food was brought to us on the bench while waiting outside. Overall good food, friendly service, and location being very comfortable for us in Parkside village.
