Today, I visited Silver Spoon based on an offer listed on Google Maps (Tuesday offer: Chicken Biryani for $3.99). I took an Uber to get there, but when I asked about the offer, the staff claimed they had no connection with the prices listed on Google Maps. They insisted that customers should follow their website for accurate information.
I'm disappointed that they haven't updated their information on Google. Many customers, like myself, rely on Google for accurate menus and pricing. The staff was very disrespectful and treated us poorly. They should remember that customers are crucial to their business, and such behavior is unacceptable.
If you rely on Google for restaurant information, be cautious—you might be disappointed when you arrive. Silver Spoon should train their employees to treat customers with respect. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this place.
I forgot to mention that the staff member who was disrespectful was the one at the billing counter. He was not listening to us and was kind of ignoring us. After waiting for around 30 minutes and approaching the counter multiple times, we finally got a chance to talk with the person in charge. He listened to our concern and informed another person, who then offered us another dish at a discounted rate. While I am thankful for the discounted dish, the whole reason for posting this review is my disappointment with the overall situation.
P.S. We didn't get any free snacks as mentioned in the reply from Silver Spoon. And we don't want the uber refund. If possible, please assign someone to update the...

I have always had excellent experiences at Silver Spoon and have recommended it to many friends. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing.
After a long Sunday trip, I took my friend to Silver Spoon, eager to share my love for their biryani. We arrived at 9 PM, an hour before closing, and noticed that the staff was already preparing to wrap up for the day. We ordered two chicken biryanis along with half a pound of chicken lollipops and another half-pound fish pakora.
During the order, the staff member offered a last-minute discount on the remaining batch of chicken lollipops. My friend, thinking it was a great deal, decided to purchase two pounds for the price of 1.5 Pounds. Unfortunately, the lollipops were extremely dry and tough, making them inedible. He had no choice but to discard them, which was both frustrating and disappointing.
I sincerely request the team at Silver Spoon to uphold the quality and trust they have built with their customers over the years. Offering food nearing the end of its shelf life should not come at the cost of freshness and taste. This experience completely overshadowed the praise I had given to my friend about the food, and I will be more cautious before recommending Silver Spoon again.

Fun fact: I even had a receipt. Yupparoos, I attached it twice to both of the emails that I sent to them.

My Initial Review: I wrote an email to Silver Spoon (on the same day I made a purchase) regarding all of the bones (without any meat on them) in the lamb karahi. Do you think they were kind enough to respond? No! They didn't have the decency to respond nor apologize. If you want poor service and a lot of bones in your meal, then this is the place to go to.
I am not the type of person to complain nor do I enjoy putting down a business but I am beyond disappointed in their service and lack of response. I pretty much paid full price for some sauce and a lot of bones with only 1 or 2 pieces of lamb meat (see the enclosed pictures).
