Starbucks — Restaurant in Mississauga

My review is not based on a singular visit. I live close by and have been buying my coffee from this outlet for the last 3-4 years.

Do not buy your coffee from this outlet if you are a regular drip/filter coffee kind of person. The brew is stale, cold or downright bad. The staff is inexperienced and I'm sure do not understand why someone would pay 2.35 for a small cup of basic filter coffee that is not rocket science to serve.

I've grown an appreciation for what Tim Hortons does by being at least consistent about the coffee they serve- always hot, always the correct amount of cream and sugar and always tasting the same.

I wonder if this place ever runs quality checks and how less Starbucks can bother about diluting their reputation built over decades.

This kiosk is inside a Loblaws which is a great store otherwise with plenty of parking and...

Literally the worst restaurant/customer service I’ve experienced in my life. The woman working I believe her name was Nour; today had the worst attitude, made me feel as though I was doing something wrong in ordering a very simple coffee. She didn’t even ask for my name, cut me off when I was speaking, rolled her eyes, etc. she should not be working is customer service. I don’t complain often, but I wouldn’t expect that treatment from a stranger let alone a “professional” on top of that my drink took about 15 minutes, and it was wrong. The woman left her partner to make many drinks as she played on her phone and had her AirPods which would never be accepted in any other store. I believe because there is no management supervision they believe they can get away with anything. I’d never come here again, and would not recommend this...

While shopping at Loblaws last evening, I needed a shopping cart--so after retrieving from the front area, I noticed the Starbucks Location located on the left on the Store----my g/f likes some special blend--I lined up at the end instead of the front and the attendant cheerfully smiled and directed me to the appropriate area--I ordered the caramel mochacchino??? and requested the whipped cream topping--the attendant after paying with coins......offered me hand sanitizer as I was holding the shopping cart --she was ...under 30???....may have been Hispanic or of middle eastern descent( I INCLUDED THIS DESCRIPTION IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY YOUR ASSOCIATE)and truly..truly..TRULY ......A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH--Kudos to you Starbucks; Oh, and my gf drank the whole coffee while shopping....and ended up with a milk...
