Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

I usually never leave a bad review, you can even check my profile and see that I don’t because I don’t get upset or offended easily, but the last two times I’ve come here has been an awful experience. The customer service is the worst. People here are very rude and seem very angry. The first time I just asked for what bagels are available, and the lady’s at the drive through mumbled them and then got angry when I asked again saying “I just told you!”. Today I went in and the man at the drive through got angry after I asked for a receipt, saying he gave it to me when he didn’t. It is not nice to take out your anger on other people. I love this Tim Hortons because they make the drinks really well (steeped tea double double is not always great everywhere) but the DRIVE THRU GUYS. WHY DOES IT TAKE A MILLION YEARS. I left my house 10 minutes earlier only to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes to move only 2 car spaces ahead. And there were 5-6 more cars ahead of me so I had to leave the line in order to make it to work on time. Isn’t a drive thru supposed to be quick?? And when you do get to the speaker, you usually have to wait there for 1-2 mins with your window open for someone to take your order. This gas station location doesn’t even sell sandwiches or breakfast items so I don’t know what they’re doing in there. And it’s not any quicker if you go inside to order cuz I’ve tried that too and it was even longer of a wait than the drive thru. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s been the same! So i went yesterday and the manager (one wearing black dress shirt) was yelling at the staff quite rude. Id be quite embarrassed if it was me. HOWEVER from what i gathered the staff kept getting orders wrong so he was upset. The girl at the speaker, never listens she always assumes and then says the wrong things lol it takes at least 3-4 times trying for her to get it right, however she is polite. The bagels are NEVER toasted. sometimes you get butter sometimes you don't. I have gone here many times as its to get on the highway in hopes it will get better. Sometimes there's a girl at the drive-thru window and she definitely could use a smile or less of an attitude. If you aren't happy in customer service, maybe you should look for another type of career. my coffee tastes as if it has been ran twice and has no flavor just hot water with a tad of coffee taste. do better...
