Machi Machi has quickly become one of our favourite beverage spots in Montreal, and for good reason. In a city with no shortage of bubble tea and specialty drink establishments, Machi Machi stands out with its reliably delicious drinks and a unique approach. They use a minimalist system with self-serve kiosks for ordering, which I find convenient and streamlined. There’s no need to wait in line or rush through an order—just take your time at the kiosk, and the process is super smooth.

Each drink is prepared fresh, and the quality is consistently good, with flavors that feel balanced and not overly sweet. Price-wise, they’re on par with most competitors, so you’re getting good value for money. The drinks are well-made, using high-quality ingredients, which makes all the difference.

The ambiance is another part of what makes this place enjoyable. The decor is cute, simple, and friendly, creating a cozy atmosphere whether you’re hanging out with friends or just grabbing something on the go. Overall, Machi Machi offers a pleasant experience in both quality and setting, making it a reliable and enjoyable stop for anyone in Montreal looking for a good drink spot. If you’re exploring different drink places in the city, this is one I’d...

REALLY BAD SERVICE. This was one of my favorite bubble tea before but the service these days is terrible. Nobody stays in the cashier to take orders. They only take orders when they bring the drinks out. WHAT A JOKE? They put the ordering machines in the front but it takes forever to order because people just stand there and look at the screen for a long time. And the machine doesn't have all the drinks. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for one group of 3 people to order at the machine and then have to wait again for staff to order because the machine doesn't have our drinks. This has never happened in all the machi machi stores in Toronto.

Last but not least, the quality these days is bad. It was fine when they opened the store but now it's not that...

New update! Personal rate with bottles Strawberry mango panna cotta 8/10 Jasmine green tea plum: 9/10 Matcha latte: 9/10 Black milk tea w/ panna cotta 9/10 Grapefruit slush: 8/10 Fresh strawberry latté: 7/10 Black milk tea w/grass jelly 7/10 ordinary level

Recently just 10mins waiting. Flurry strawberry w/ crème brûlée 4/5 Fruit tea was fresh, surprisingly good. 4/5 Triple chocolate latte was 3/5 ✨

Will come back when the store is officially opening on Friday! 🥳 They look cuuute and the tastes won’t disappoint you. Luckily didn’t wait in line for long and was told that 1hour plus waiting time for the drinks. So went to have dinner and then picked them up. Be aware that they stop taking orders about 30mins before the closing...
