I’m totally disappointed with the service that they offered at this place. I told to the server that the previous time that I ordered the food, I wasn’t able to eat it since there’s mushrooms inside, which it’s part of my allergy. But I want to try this restaurant again since a lot of my friends suggested.

When I was about to order food,I asked the server to ask the cuisine if it’s possible to remove the mushroom from one of the noodles? He said no, it’s not possible. So I decided to order the Tantan Noodles, and he placed the order without letting me know that this dish also contains mushrooms.

When I received the dish, and mixed it before eating, I realized that there’s full of mushrooms inside which means that I CANNOT eat it. I called him, he says that it was my fault for not letting him know, however, I claimed since the beginning that I CAN’T EAT MUSHROOMS.

At a result, he was always excusing and blaming me for not letting him know, and made me paid the half price of the noodle since the cuisine made it.

As a server, the duty is to let people know about the ingredients and be aware of clients’ needs. However, the server was unable to fulfill his duty and the restaurant forced me to pay for...

Je suis totalement déçu par le service qu'ils offraient à cet endroit. J'ai dit au serveur que la fois précédente où j'ai commandé la nourriture, je n'ai pas pu la manger car il y a des champignons à l'intérieur, ce qui fait partie de mon allergie. Mais je veux essayer à nouveau ce restaurant puisque beaucoup de mes amis l'ont suggéré.

Lorsque j'étais sur le point de commander de la nourriture, j'ai demandé au serveur de demander à la cuisine s'il était possible d'enlever le champignon de l'une des nouilles ? Il a dit non, ce n'est pas possible. J'ai donc décidé de commander les nouilles Tantan, et il a passé la commande sans me faire signaler que ce plat contient également des champignons.

Lorsque j'ai reçu le plat et que je l'ai mélangé avant de manger, je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait plein de champignons à l'intérieur, ce qui signifie que je NE PEUX PAS le manger. Je l'ai appelé, il disait que c'était de ma faute de ne pas lui avoir fait savoir, cependant, j'ai affirmé dès le début que JE NE POUVAIS PAS MANGER DE CHAMPIGNONS.

En conséquence, il m'a toujours excusé et m'a blâmé de ne pas l'avoir fait savoir, et m'a fait payer la moitié du prix des nouilles puisque la cuisine l'a fait.

En tant que serveur, le devoir est de faire connaître aux gens les ingrédients et d'être conscients des besoins des clients. Cependant, le serveur n'a pas pu accomplir ses responsabilités et le restaurant m'a forcé à payer pour...
