Terrible Service!!! We ordered drinks through Uber Eats with a “less sugar” option, expecting around 25% sugar based on the standard (full/half/less). However, the drinks were extremely sweet, more like 75% sugar. When we brought this up with the store, they insisted that their “less sugar” means 75% and refused to offer a refund. They claimed Uber Eats could provide a full refund, so we left the drinks at the store and contacted Uber Eats. However, Uber Eats told us the issue was with the store and that they couldn’t process a refund. This is unacceptable. The store misrepresented their product and took no responsibility for their mistake. Misleading customers and passing blame is terrible business practice. We are extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering...

The reviews were a bit low so I entered rather afraid. But I left pleasantly surprised. The fruit tea bubble tea here is genuinely so good I still think about it months later. I don't usually leave reviews on bubble tea stores but this one strawberry rose flower wtv tea they had so utterly blew me away I came back to leave a review. It's sweet but not too sweet, containing a right proportion of "tea-ness" with a wonderful dash of flowers, not too much as to overshadow or too little as to be ignored. Service was slow. Other flavours are probably not of the same quality, with my friends mostly remarking that theirs were mid. Oh and the decor was very beautiful...
