Update: After their reply, I decided to give them another chance and ordered again. It all went well and I got a handwritten note and extra dragon eyes and spring rolls to make up for the last time. Will order again! (:

Ordered by UberEats because there were really good deals. Restaurant called about an hour later to say that there was a problem with the order and they had not informed the kitchen of the order. They asked me to cancel the UE order and offered 10% off another day. I told them to make the order anyways and I would wait, they said ok and thanks for understanding. Half an hour after, I check the app and my order was cancelled without any notification. My boyfriend called the restaurant to ask what had happened and they had cancelled the order completely, did not give any options and say to call tomorrow and get 10% off. Of course 10% off is a lot less discount than what was in the app. Will never order from them again, terrible service and ruined my evening. Awful...

Good value poke bowl with tasty and filling pieces of salmon, veggies, salad and rice with sesame sauce.🍣 The employees were kind and polite.

Note:

I had an issue with the Uber Eats app for the 2 for 1 deal but they still placed the customer first (me) and decided to give me the deal even with the issue after trying to resolve it together.

After further investigation, I was able to confirm that the mistake was not on their part and currently working with Uber Eats to make sure they get their fair share.

I always get take-out sushi from here; the prices are reasonable, the sushis, wasabi and ginger are fresh. The menu items are various, if that’s what you’re looking for. The food seems always carefully prepared and presented. Today, I went to the store with my friend and we ordered a combo and the staff were very helpful in providing us with extra plates and forks.
