I told them your washroom is dirty in a friendly manner.. and she proceeds to tell me she’s not the manager what? I just said that for your next customer .. so no one falls and slips and hits their head .. you can’t say “idk why the toilet is spraying water.. and I am not the manager” I wasn’t even saying anything to offend her lmao 🤣 I don’t think I am returning because hmmmph? The guy working was so grumpy, we felt like we were inconveniencing him by ordering a few bubble teas. Especially compared to my usual place (Boba Green Fresh Fruit Smoothies on Rebecca) who gives you the BEST customer service, welcomes you and says see you next time. We left talking about how brutal it was, seriously.
