We were a party of 7 adults, 1 child, and 2 toddlers. We were celebrating my daughter and daughter in laws birthdays. Although we were not asked if we were celebrating anything special. We had reservations for 8:00 pm, and were seated about 8:20? The chef and show were excellent. A few minutes after the chef ended his cooking, one of our little ones began vomiting, all over himself, the high chair, the floor. My daughter did the best she could to clean him up, using the cloth napkins. Someone did offer a couple of paper napkins to help clean him up. There was a pile of vomit, and vomit soaked napkins on the floor right beside us. We were left to endure the beginning of our main course surrounded by and smelling the vomit because no one came back to remove it. Finally someone came to mop up the vomit but left all the soaked napkins laying there for the entire meal. Every time a waiter came by they said “ oh no one took care of that yet” and send out the same person to “clean” it up, the second time he came, he came with the mop and asked if he missed a spot. We told him the linens were covered it vomit. He left and did not return to remove it. I found this service unacceptable, complained when we were handed our $350.00 bill and the waiter again said “oh no ones taken care of this yet?” The same guy came a third time to shovel away the vomit and asked if this was what we complained about. The high chair was never touched even though it was cover in vomit and it remained at our table throughout the meal. No one even attempted to clean it or replace it.

We received no apology or incentive to ever return to Hibachi restaurant. When we sent an email about the experience they didn’t even acknowledge it! It was a truly...

When this restaurant first opened, I ordered 'take- out' and the food was good. What I found daunting at the time, was the bad customer service, and the entitled attitude towards tipping. I order food to go, pick it up, pay for it and bring it to the car myself. What am I tipping for? Someone needs to explain the concept of tipping to some of these restaurant establishments. I have visited a few times after, since the food was ok, despite terrible customer service. I haven't been for more than a year, as I find the food is very expensive and should be a once in a while visit. Yesterday I took a family member and an out of town friend there for the food experience(both first time). We went in for two separate orders, and the guy doing the take- out was having a challenging time taking the order and organizing it. Our first order was done at least 15 minutes before the second, yet the second order came out first with deficiency. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the first order, which came out partial and needed to be fixed again. We spent close to an hour waiting for the food. What was worst is when we inquired about the order, a staff came out with an attitude telling us that we already got our order. So I used the bill to point out that we had a first order that we haven't received. There was no remorse. She walked away and our order came out after. The customer service is really low grade especially (as seen in other reviews) of an establishment so bent on tips. The food quality has also gone down. For that reason and customer service, we will not return nor recommend. I'm sure they don't care as they will still get customers and customer service is not...

I ain’t even eat here, I was about to order lunch, and they didn’t even have any lunch specials or anything like that. Nice place, nice to look at I’m sure the food was good. But too expensive for 38.99 for two proteins, standard procedure and pricing. It didn’t even come with fried rice! You have to upgrade for that 6 plus bucks. Things are tight but that high way robbery!!!!! It’s the little things that matter in the food industry. And not having something so simple as that that should come with the meal standard at no extra charge is redundant. I’ve been to many places like this and have had better service, better menu prices, more ice in my water. This little thing put me off. Things like this can really make or break an experience at a restaurant. Me and my wife picked up our things and went to another restaurant. It’s really about the little things that make a long lasting impression on a dinner for a suburb experience. This place just didn’t satisfy that iconic thing we were looking for, from not having this simple and cheap item standard free to all customers. I will not be going back there unless they add this simple item standard hat comes with all the meals. So disappointing. I really wanted to show my wife a good time here. Sadly she hey didn’t deliver. So we went another restaurant and spent the same amount and got way way way more food and better service, shame they lost business over a simple yet, cost effective way to make even more profit. It’s not that I don’t have money, it’s the principle of the matter. This isn’t a Good...

Had high hopes for this place, and was let down. We went for lunch teppanyaki on Saturday August 28th. The server, "Aaron" was very rude, and very militant. He was unfriendly and unhospitable. This was the first time that my nephew experienced Teppanyaki, Aaron was a dark cloud hovering around the tables. Totally ruined the experience. In addition to his lack of customer skills, he did not adjust the automatic tip system on our bill, and my husband unknowingly paid 15% service charge, in addition to the minimal tip that was given to Aaron. I realized this when we reached home and immediately called the manager, Johnnie. Aaron also exhibited unhygienic behaviour that my husband and Johnnie also observed. Once I provided feedback to Johnnie, he apologized for the experience and he resolved the issue regarding the automatic tip. Johnnie committed to better training for the employees and a better customer experience. The highlight to this restaurant was Victoria who made the reservation, and the chef - Krishna. The chef was accommodating and ensured the food was prepared to our preferences. He has a warm and kind personality. Was impressed with his people skills, and it encouraged me to personally give him a tip. The manager, placed great efforts to turn the experience around, it was just too late The quality of the food is just "ok' Will most likely not be coming back to this restaurant nor recommend it to others due to the poor service, unhygienic behaviour by the server and automatic tipping system.

This place isn’t crowded and there seems to be plenty of space. We tried to book for an earlier time and we were told they cannot accommodate us. I thought it’s probably busy but it wasn’t and it was good since I had my kids with me. They were able to walk around, didn’t have anyone to get disturbed. Food was ok, you can eat once here. We ordered edamame, coconut shrimp, crispy chicken wontons, chicken karage, teriyaki set with fish and scallops, chicken fried rice, dragon rolls, stir fried noodles. The cooking was done in front of us for three dishes and that was good. We were told we should order everything at once because chef will only cook in front of us only one time and that felt like they were under staffed. We loved shrimp but wontons sucked. We couldn’t even take one full bite. Chicken fried rice had no salt, fried noodles and edamame was fine. Teriyaki set was fine but scallops were hard. Dragon roll was edible but not great. Chicken karage was ok too. No one truly asked us how the food was. No one seemed to care about the service. Price seems reasonable but they could do better. I have been to so many Hibachi restaurants in North America and this one was my least favourite.

Hibachi Teppanyaki and Bar 105, Cross Avenue, Oakville, Canada My last weekend destination to celebrate International Men's Day. This is a popular Group of restaurants in Canada. Hibachi Teppanyaki and Bar is a popular Japanese Steakhouse or Teppanyakiis. Post World War ll style of Japanese cuisine is available here. This kind of Japanese cuisine is prepared on iron griddle to cook food. The word - Teppanyaki is derived from Teppan, which is a metal plate on which it is cooked. Yaki - means grilled, broiled or pan-fried. The MasterChef will dazzle you with their samurai swordsmanship - as they slice, dice, juggle and entertain while preparing delicious food live on a sizzling Teppanyaki grill. Teppanyaki sets with Salmon , Shrimp, Chicken. Had the Chicken Fried rice. Also had Spicy Miso soup with it. Crab stick sushi was delicious. Seafood lovers would love this Japanese restaurant. Great food Lovely ambience Excellent service by chef. And it's a full entertainment along with hot food served on plate. One of the best experience in a cold evening. A memorable dinner indeed.
