Went there for the first time to have lunch with my Mom. When we got there, there were 2 groups of people ahead of us, so we had time to figure out our order. A Honey Mustard Ham sandwich, and the new Carnivore Sub. When it was our turn to order, I asked for the Carnivore and the price, but the woman didn't know what sub I was talking about, we pointed to the picture on the store window, that's when she asked her colleague and then walked to the Cashier register on the other side to check the price, then she yelled it to us. We said okay, but she didn't return to take the next item we wanted to order, instead she decided to stay at the cash register to ring people out. So, I gave the order to the man in front of me thinking he would continue where she left off. He told me they didn't have any snackwiches, but there was no sign indicating they were out of them, so now my Mom had to select a sub. She took maybe 2 min to select one, then he asked us the bread we wanted without telling us the choices, I asked him to list the choices and he just said to look at the glass. I said multigrain for both. So now that they have our order, and the 2 previous Customers have been rung out, you would think that they would be working on our order, right? Wrong!! We stood there thinking they were working on our order, then came people who lined up behind us, followed by a couple more, but the man was working on an online order of 4 subs first, then gave it to the customers behind us. Then he worked on an order with 2 subs, so we thought that was our order, wrong again! He was making it for the 2 customers that came in last. At this point I was steamed!! feeling like we were being ignored! It was only then did he decide to make our order, and he had to reconfirm it with me because he had forgotten it. Honestly, we should have walked out and gone to another subway, but we stayed. Through it all, they didn't bother to communicate anything to us, just left us standing there wondering what was going on with our order. We won't be coming back! Read moreVery disappointed at this location in Oakville. Went on the app to place an order for today at this location keeping in mind it’s a holiday. In the app it states this location is open until 5:00 pm today and the last order time is 4:30 pm I placed the order in the app and saw the statues bar was ready to pick up. Drove over to the location at 4:40 with a 5 min drive to find out that the door was locked. Confused I checked the hours posted in the door which stated also 5:00 pm. I knocked on the door as I could see an employee on the inside who gestured to me she’s closed. How can you be closed 15 mins before the posted time along with my order placed and accepted. She reluctantly opened the door for me and another lady waiting in her car also confused why the door is locked early. Employee proved to be annoyed with us stating she has turned everything off and cleaned and counted her register. Again my order has been accepted and they have my money and I have no subs. Once she let us in she made sure to repeat that she will have to do closing all over again and will have to stay an hour later. She also stated that I should’ve called the head office to confirm if she was open on a holiday and that the app doesn’t know any different. Why would I waste my time calling the head office when I can read the posted times in the window. The business should not be allowed to take my money and not provide me with my product in which I’v ordered on time on their app. I can understand she wants to go home as it is a holiday but there needs to be understanding of posted hours and not do whatever she feels is correct...
Read moreI ordered for delivery, and upon receiving the order there were items missing. After opening my order I noticed there were multiple things missing from my sub as well. When I proceeded to called the store to ask what had happened, the woman working started to get very upset and aggressive saying that she did put the items in the bag, the delivery driver must have stolen them (because she also didn’t seal the bag shut before pick up) and the veggies were indeed on the sub (as I’m looking at the sub infront of me - without the veggies in question on it). When trying to explain this to her she proceeded to yell over me repeating the same thing she previously said, and hung up on me. When trying to call back she continuously hung up on me as soon as the call was answered, and when she finally did pick up and speak, she continued to yell at me, wouldn’t allow me to say anything and hung up on me yet again.
