BeaverTails- Queues de Castor (Kingston Market St.) — Restaurant in Ontario

We absolutely loved eating at this BeaverTails location. I must say we had very low expectations considering it's a chain but I'm glad we decided to stop by. The staff was amazing and gave us great suggestions about what to order.

We ended up having the Bananarama beavertail (nutella + banana) since it seemed to be their most popular option. It was crunchy outside and soft on the inside and the toppings matched really well together. We also ordered the poutine and I must say it's one of the best poutines I've ever had. We shared a Beaverdog and we were surprised by how good it tasted. Just keep in mind that they only have ketchup and mustard as toppings for it, but it didn't need more than that in my opinion.

Looking forward to...

I don't recommend it. We went there this winter twice. Both times I got stomach ache after.It did not seem to be clean and the garbage container was full.

First of all, this is not a professional way to respond to a customer’s comment. I am specifically talking about your branch, because I have tried BeaverTails in downtown Toronto and it was so good compared to what we experienced here.

As a professional staff, you should have first apologized for my experience and then tried to fix the issue instead of denying it and making accusations. KYC know your customer. My son went in to use their washroom and we decided not to have a beaver tail at that time and some loser confronts my son telling him he is not welcome back and the washroom is for customers. We have probably been there 15 times during the school year. We won’t be back but Maybe ask the washroom security guard to relax.
