Daily Chuck — Restaurant in Ontario

Dear owner , I am writing to express my concerns about an experience my party and I had at your restaurant 21st feb evening. We were deeply troubled by the behavior of one of your employees, Greg, who made inappropriate and offensive remarks towards a delivery driver. Specifically, Greg referred to "Indian drivers" in a derogatory manner, which was not only unprofessional but upsetting to witness.

What made the situation even more concerning was that the rest of the staff, including the manager, did not intervene all were smiling, & the driver appeared visibly upset by the situation. Furthermore, the issue with the food delivery seemed to be due to a mistake made by Greg, who failed to verify the details with the previous driver. Despite this, the delivery driver was unfairly blamed.

We hope that you will address this matter and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future, as it tarnishes the reputation of your restaurant. We would like to continue enjoying dining at your establishment, but we hope to see improvements in employee conduct moving...

first time going here, and the service was good. we got our daily chuck burgers and i took a first bite and my patty was raw in the middle. brown on the top and bottom but red in the middle. now sometimes i’ll see burgers that have a bit of pink in the middle but not full on red. it looked like it had been on the grill for maybe 1 minutes max. i looked over at my boyfriend and told him and he showed me his burger and it was the same as well, raw. usually i’m not picky but i am pregnant and have to watch what i eat and how cooked the meat is was not something that came to mind as i thought all restaurants make hamburger patties cooked all the way through. my boyfriend ate the rest of his burger because he didn’t really mind it not being cooked in the middle. me on the other hand did not eat the rest of my burger. it might have been a one time mistake as they are still newer to the area but i think it’s safe to say me and my boyfriend will be cautious of what we order if we choose to go...

It’s been a few days since I first tried the daily chuck and I can’t get that burger off my mind, it’s that good.

I had the fire chuck which had the perfect level of heat. The potato roll was super soft and very fresh. Toppings were minimal which I like because it lets the actual burger shine through. As for the patty, it was very well seasoned and had a great flavour even on its own. Smashing the patty leaves it with a great texture. Overall, an amazing burger.

Had some tater tots on the side which were good. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Price for a meal for both my wife and I was very fair and directly comparable to other restaurants of much lower quality.
