Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

This review has been a long time coming. 1st visit was over four years ago and I noticed a black curly hair on top of the cheese pile, so disgusting! They simply threw away the offending slice and proceeded to make my sub, but I was so disgusted I just threw it away. 4 years later I come back hoping things had improved. NO! Luckily this time there was no hair (that I could see) on any of the ingredients but the bread was stale, the sub itself tasted disgusting compared to all the other subs I've had at other locations. This one should be shut down!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!! Also if you call Subway they just give your phone number to that location - without asking you!!! They phoned me the first time and said I could come in for a free sub....Disgusting and Subway themselves should be ashamed. Eat at the Kingston locations or any other! We were here on 25th August 2022. I am from Edmonton Alberta. We got lucky to find a Subway in Gananoque. We crunched our hunger at this location with definitely in a proper guidance. It has been almost over 2 years we have never visited to a subway in any where. When we entered the store we were greeted properly. Girl "Mahi" was the one who helped us to understand new menu Items and new recipes of subs. My kids are Gluten Allgergic and Mahi took care of that in really professional manner as she changed the gloves and cleaned the counter. All 4 subs were garnished and really well balanced. I would love to see such an excellent customer service along with such undetstanding of the products and professionalism. Absolutely horrendous service in this restaurant. I had ordered food through the app and it took them 30 minutes before they even started making it and I had to wait in the restaurant for an additional 10 to 15 minutes because they hadn't started. They then rushed the making of the subs and when I got home I noticed that they screwed up the instructions and the subs were poorly made. Stay away from this place at all costs. I also saw them something on the floor pick it up and put it on the counter where all the other food sits so who knows what else goes on in...
