Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I visited Tim Hortons, 525 University Avenue on 21st January 2021and was literally humiliated by the Customer service representative who worked at around 10:20 AM. confused about an existing offer, I asked her if she knows about that. She gave me very rude answers and insisted me that I should know what I have to order before coming there. No matter what I ask her about the menu items displayed, she showed her arrogance and was expecting me to know about those before coming. What kind of customer service is this. I am almost like a regular customer and never faced such worst customer service. She’s very impatient, even if I am giving polite responses, she showed her mean attitude towards me. This is really disappointing and I will never visit Time...

Nice staff....but its the owners I think is the problem. Every time I come in here the internet does not work. I wax told because it's downtown and to many people are using it do it doesn't. Clearly it's a made up excuse. I've been in here when it's packed at noon and I'm in here now an hr before close..still doesn't work..but the downtown wifi works effortless...sadly I think it's a prejudice mentality..the store is located where homelessness is high...without a doubt it's a diversion to keep the said element away...I did have a 4star review which I changed after sitting here for an hour and watching...I won't be coming back and I hope anyone reading this comes to the same conclusion..the stigma needs us to...

I really hope the mangers see this! Let me start by saying I ordered 2 gamers wraps a iced coffee and Apple fritter. I had to first wait 5 minutes for the Apple fritter. the girl working did a quick job getting me my drink and others drinks. They however messed up my order which is fine it happens. When I went to correct them I was told that I ordered something else. Which I know I didn’t because I used an offer on the app. The guy proceeded to ague with me saying he wasn’t going to argue with me and he was doing his job right which at this point still waiting for my Apple fritter mind you which is his job. The other guy corrected my order and also had to get the Apple fritter for me. This was on Sunday...
