Disturbing Experience with Booster Juice Manager on BOGO Day reaching out to share an incredibly upsetting experience I had at this store on the evening of November 14 I have been a loyal, dedicated fan of Booster Juice since I was fifteen years old, always advocating for this brand and recommending this location to friends. However, after this recent experience, I am genuinely heartbroken to say that I can no longer see myself supporting this establishment. It was BOGO Day, and I went in with enthusiasm, hoping to enjoy my usual drink with an extra protein shot. Since I often customize my drinks with extra protein, I had a simple question: would I need to pay for the add-ons in the free drink as well? I asked the manager politely, but what followed left me stunned and deeply hurt. She came up close, looked me up and down, and asked, “Are you stupid? Does that make any sense to you?” Her mocking tone, paired with that belittling stare, made me feel humiliated, sparking a severe anxiety response that led to tears. I was so shaken that I broke down and cried for nearly an hour. This encounter didn’t just ruin my evening—it left me emotionally devastated. Even after I mustered the courage to order my drink again around nine forty-five, I was still visibly upset, talking through tears and tissues. Despite everything I went through, there was no effort on her part to apologize, comfort, or offer any compensation. I felt that, at the very least, after experiencing such harsh treatment, the drink should have been a courtesy. I don’t believe that any customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect and emotional insensitivity, especially over a simple question. As a lifelong fan of Booster Juice, I am deeply saddened to feel unable to continue supporting a brand I once loved. noone should have to go through the emotional distress that I endured.
