Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Oshawa

Man there is alot of negitive reviews, im confused where they generally come from.

This Tim Hortons provides me top tier service every single time! I have to say they really go above and beyond and provide the true canadian Tim Hortons exprience we all grew up with and love, i feel those core values have been lost with this companys growth but they are valued here. Im greeted by name with a breif connection ensuring they know i am there wether i am picking up a order or placing one in the cafe the service is quick and efficent.

Food and Beverage is always on point and tastes freshly baked threw out the day ALWAYS, and dont get me started on their baked goods they are amazing, i know they just push a botton on baked goods but they must keep their ovens and timers properly calibrated and maintained cause they are the best ive ever had, and their diplay case is so clean and looks so beautiful full all the time and the baked goods are decorated with care and the presintation is amazing

Absolutely disgusted by male employees behaviour… I have an invisible disability (I am autistic) and went to this location with my support animal (a 7lbs miniature schnauzer) and at first received great service from an outstanding, friendly women employee …. after receiving all my food and my coffee I was then RUDELY YELLED AT ACROSS THE STORE THAT I COULD NOT BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL IN HERE… not only did he assume I was abled he completely embarrassed me infront of other customers … not sure why the male employee chose to completely ruin my experiance here instead of keeping his mouth shut but I will be going to the Thornton Tim’s from now on and encourage anybody with disabilities to do so as the employees there are ALL WELCOMEING NOT JUST A FEW This happened between the time of 1030-11:10 and I encourage the manager to check cameras and fire the A-hole male employee who yelled at me, promote the nice women and give her the raise...

Some friends and I had went to this Tim Hortons location and we ordered the following, a medium peach quencher, a bottle of apple juice and a box of 20 timbits. When our order was called my friend went up to grab it, when she brought it back to the table we realized we had only received 13 timbits. When my friend had gone up to the counter to ask about our missing 7 timbits the workers were rude even though she was calm and polite when asking about it. One of the workers had printed her receipt and barely even showed her the total. When ordering, we had ordered on the kiosk and it did not print off a receipt so we did not have our own copy. When showing her the receipts had been about a foot or two away and he quickly turned it in her direction then crumpled it and threw it out. Overall they were very “pissy” and the customer service...
