It's with great pleasure that I write this review for Pho By Night, a delightful Vietnamese restaurant that has truly mastered the art of crafting the perfect bowl of Pho and an array of other Vietnamese delicacies.
Located conveniently, Pho By Night offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is filled with the tantalizing aromas of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant's simple yet tasteful decor enhances the dining experience, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy their exquisite dishes.
The star of the show, without a doubt, is their Pho - a delightful blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients that harmoniously combine to create a symphony of flavors. The rich, flavorful broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles make each bowl a comforting and satisfying meal. Additionally, the flexibility to customize your bowl based on personal preference is a commendable feature.
But it's not just the Pho that shines at Pho By Night. The restaurant offers a wide array of Vietnamese dishes that are just as mouthwateringly delicious, all prepared with the same attention to detail and commitment to authenticity.
The staff at Pho By Night further elevate the dining experience. From their warm greetings upon arrival to their knowledge and recommendations regarding the menu, their commitment to customer service is evident. Each visit feels like a dining experience rather than just a meal.
What's also admirable is the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness. Both the dining area and the kitchen are kept spotlessly clean, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene.
In terms of value for money, Pho By Night stands out with its generous portion sizes and competitive pricing. It's a place where you can enjoy a quality meal without breaking the bank.
Pho By Night is a culinary gem that offers a delightful Vietnamese dining experience. With its fantastic food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, it's the perfect place for both casual lunches and cozy dinners. If you're in search of the perfect bowl of Pho or just a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend a visit to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreš±Vegan Friendly!š± Five stars across the board. There was plenty of seating. A member of the staff welcomed me immediately and gave me a menu, then someone else came over to answer questions / take my order as soon as I was ready. There are several vegan options but note the appetizers are vegetarian, not vegan. Itās a bit unclear on the menu, but the waiter was knowledgeable and helpful in establishing fully vegan options. I ordered the Vegan Phį» in Tom Yum Goong Soup because I saw several positive reviews for it. They were all right!! My food arrived very quickly. The serving size is delightfully large, you canāt tell by the picture but the bowl is huge, probably 8 or 9 inches in diameter. If youāre not super hungry, you may be taking home leftovers. It was very hot (temperature-wise) and perfectly spicy. I like spicy; Iād say it was medium spicy or just below. Full of veggies, I especially loved the bok choy. The standout was definitely the tofu⦠SO GOOD. The texture was amazing! Iāll be thinking about that for a long time. All in all, a wonderful experience! The waiter was attentive and kind, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is...

Went there for a quick bite. Service is fast , but definitely can be improved. I felt like they were borderline rude.
Advise for people like large appetite : soup is small especially given I took the largest size. To be quite honest , I didnāt have as much broth , it seemed like my noodles were overflowing my soup.
I took the spicy broth , definitely felt like it missed some beef bones and spices. It was pretty tasteless. On the other hand , you did have plenty of noodles , not the greatest but at least you are filled quickly. Jesus this place makes some 3 stars Vietnamese restaurants in Montreal a heaven for their Pho. The only things I can remember out of this quick dinner was that the little bit of beef they gave you was lean and tenderāmaking it perfect. Also, they give more than enough garnish for you soup , and no worries itās actually fresh.
Soups is around 15$ for a large including tax. Given its size , I do think itās overpriced. Add tips and youāre almost at 20$. I honestly have no problem paying that much for a soup , but have the decency to make a good broth so your pho...
