Absolutely horrible service. After I approached supervisor with the black hair to let her know that it had been 15 minutes since I placed my order, she cut me off mid question to say that she was too busy to answer my questions or help me at all. She pointed at where my order will be when it was ready… Her leadership skills were lacking as her employee did not know how to refund me either. I will not return as this behaviour is incredibly unprofessional and distasteful. Do yourself a favour and head to 96 Sparks where they treat you...

Coffee still good but the descent over the past few years to a Starbucks wannabe is truly unfortunate.
